I Waited in the drive through for ten minutes this morning NO ONE asked me to hold on . No one took my order after waiting I decided to go to McDonald's in Hilliard its has way better service. T h e reviews are way better

Bought 4 chicken nugget grinch meals
No Shaker salt just the bags in all 4
Not a single sauce for any nuggets
Spent $50 for this even waited 20 minutes we never even order out or go to fast food this was a special occasion because my daughter winning tournaments back to back. So discusted

I work in Westerville and l live in west Jeff. The McDonald’s out there are wonderful in both places . I made a mistake twice now stopping here . Not only is the line slower than trying to watch glue dry on a rainy day the food always cold and never have them make an order as I requested. It is a fast food joint where we are only a dollar to them . But most of us work hard and spending our money on something that is not how you wanted slow cold and wrong . This review probably won’t matter nothing will be done about it . Mostly too because I declined my receipt at the window l!!! No receipt nothing we can do . $ 10 for stale fries and cold sandwich . Not prepared how I asked . Thanks

McDonald's work screen is the easiest to read. I swear, no matter which one I go to nobody can read it. Party of 4: 1 6pcs Nugget happy meal with juice box, 1 dbl fish medium meal w/o cheese & extra sauce, large fry with ½ sweet tea & ½ lemonade. 1 large dbl quarter with cheese meal with a large sweet tea. And our order was still wrong 🤦🏾‍♀️

For the past two weeks I've visited this location between 6 and 7 AM, everyday. Each car in the drive thru takes about 2 minutes per car. When you're asked to wait to order, when you do order and pull around, there are never any cars still in line. Basically they are taking one order and completing it at a time.

Food is almost always ready and correct. It just takes forever to order.

Forgot A WHOLE MEAL, and doesn’t care about any misc items like sauces napkins or anything… service TERRIBLE, the worker had the audacity to say she “forgot” so we got the manager and she didn’t even speak English… they play favoritism and the manager didn’t even care… they needs shut this store down
