They were doing good for a while in tbe evening thru till morning but they must of lost good people again but that at all McDonald's. Maybe the should look into why there retention rate is im assuming low everywhere and start fixing that instead of remodeling a building and keeping the same scrappy slow service and fix those ice cream machines 🤔

I’ve had it with this place. The evening shift is the problem. The employees always have an attitude and are so rude. They constantly give out the wrong food. Something needs to change cause I’m never coming back here. I ordered a Big Mac & medium fry, they told me to pull up to the third window just to give me the wrong size fries. So then I had to go all the way back through the line again, asked nicely if they could remake my now cold Big Mac and they were so petty and rude about it! When it’s their fault they can’t get a simple order correct. They told me they couldn’t remake my sandwich and I needed to come inside to get a refund instead of just remaking the food. Horrible customer service and LAZY workers.

Always have the system down around 5am and this is 4x in one week.. It seems to me that they just don't want to work . Or you can blame the managers. Either way how can anyone in authority allow this to happen !!!!!
So sad to be writing this review because the morning staff is wonderful. But any other time of the day? Rude and incompetent. They're unable to make any modifications from the standard, they're slow, and they act completely unprofessional, screwing around and yelling at each other. Tried ordering from the drive through before, cheeseburger no pickles no onion, and they get it wrong every time. Figured we'd try one more time going in and ordering on the kiosk so there's no mishearing or misunderstanding. But apparently the kitchen staff just don't care. Every time we go there's multiple problems. We just won't go to this location anymore.

Absolute disappointment. The morning shift is nice, but it's as if the evening shift doesn't even care. This is the 2nd time I've come in and nobody is working, just talking. This is the 2nd time I've ordered 2 double cheese burgers plain and gotten them with everything on them. They consistently give subpar service and I will likely never come back to this location unless there is a massive overhaul.

Hard to get in and out of this location with the car wash next to it and what happened to chicken nuggets? Where's the chicken? They are paper thin now. Just a rip off and McDonald's just doesn't appeal to me in general anymore.
