Menu price was different than what I was charged. Fries were slightly warm, the double cheeseburgers were not? the meat was dried out ?McChicken barely had lettuce on them. Got 6 PC nuggets but no sauce? Everything was thrown into one bag and bottom sandwiches were flat??? 2 double cheeseburgers 2 McChicken 3 fries and 6 PC nuggets in one bag???

I used to love going here. Very quick in the drivethru, and good food. I went through the drivethru today, and ordered a strawberry and creme pie, and they asked me at the window 3 times what I got. I told them all 3 times "strawberry and creme pie", and they gave me an apple pie, and my husband is allergic to applejuice, so cant eat that. I thought theyd have a screen that told them what I got, but apparently not. Maybe it was broken? But I went there a few weeks ago and it was the same thing.

I go there all the time because I work 0.2 miles away! Yesturday I went and stayed at the drive thru waiting for someone to say something and no one did, they were only taking the order from the other lane! And I know they saw me there cause there is a camera right on top they took 3 cars order from the other lane and after 10 min I rolled to the window the guy took my order on the window and when I got to the next window the women said there is no frappe and continued saying I told them in the back but they don’t listen ?!!! So I got a McFlurry in replace of it, the fries are never fresh they are soggy. And one day they gave me my ice coffee with expired cream!!!!

I ordered a Big Mac and got 3 buns and no burgers. Very disappointing.
Don't let the location fool you. We love this mcdonalds because it's one of the few left with a kids play place. The play place is indoors and decent size. Never had any problems with cleanliness in the play area or restrooms.

Unfortunately what happen I was behind man who was waiting as counters to get food since he have a lot order and one man came over who basically work as McDonald asked a guy that sit like with rude manner ….Like how can you guy treat the customer this ways ???? And that man was black tall man who was literally abusing customers
