I went and ordered and they forgot my medium fry and no receipt and I had got on hwy the way they were yelling in the store you would think they would have got it right

I just stopped here tonight on my way home from work and there was a BUG IN MY FRIES. I noticed after I started eating them. I was disgusted and didn’t eat anything else or even finish my drink. I will NEVER stop here again.

I just placed an order through DoorDash and it turns out I was robbed because the Cokes and fries didn't come and I paid a lot of money for that.
Creamer in iced coffee was spoiled. Rude employees along with messed up orders.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE USA!!!! I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 20 MINUTES AWAY AS THE HEAD MANAGER ''DOMINIC'' HE TOLD ME WHY DO I KEEP COMING HERE SO OFTEN IF EVERYTIME THERE IS A ISSUE I SHOULD JUST DRIVE DOWN THE ROAD 5 MILES TO THE OTHER ONE OR GO SOMEHWERE ELSE INSTEAD BECAUSE HIS EMPLOYEES ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GETTING THE ORDERS CORRECT, THEY CANT HANDLE IT NOR ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE TO. IF YOU CANT HANDLE A 40 DOLLAR LARGE ORDER AND HAVE MANNERS AND RESPECT TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS THEN YOUR IN THE WRONG PLACE/PROFESSION!!! DOMINIC IS A JOKE AND SO IS THIS PLACE!! I HAVENT WENT BACK IN MONTHS AND NEVER PLAN ON IT NEITHER!! LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU DONT NO HOW TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WHEN YOUR CUSTOMERS MESS IT UP!!! AND YOU DOMINIC YOU ARENT GOOD AT ASSISTING ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL NEITHER SO NO WONDER!! GOODBYE FOR GOOD ALONG WITH THE REST OF MY FAMILY THAT LIVES NEARBY AS WELL.

Waited a long time to only receive and incorrect order. Parking can also be a challenge as many of their associates park closest to the dining room entrances.

Smelled pretty awful when we walked in, like the sewer line was backed up. Soda station wasn't working, so when we ordered inside there were only a few options (milk/bottled water/coffee). The bun on my burger was pretty tough and the toppings were just kinda thrown on. Pretty on par for McDonalds anymore.

This one is usually the best. They're usually always have everything their ice cream machines aren't broken. The staff is really nice they don't get all pissed off if you come through a little bit later in the day & you want a frappe or shake they still serve you with a smile on their faces!! ❤️

I went thru drive thru and waited 20 min for a receipt. My food got cold in the process of waiting. These rush hour employees need more training on operating a register because they were certainly inept and unable to do something that is normally pretty simple to do during the regular business hours. My food was cold and not a one offered good customer service such as rewarming my food or replacing my order. I will not be back bad if I am in the neighborhood for their service
