Yeah, If I could rate this a 0 I would. We ordered breakfast and they were a little busy so I would’ve understood if they missed a thing or two in our order. All we ordered was a small frappe, a hot meal with no BISCUIT, 2 hashbrowns and a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. They forgot the mcmuffin, a drink and THE WHOLE HOT MEAL WAS WRONG THEY ONLY ADDED THE EGG LIKE WHAT? Whenever we went up to tell them it was wrong, the people at the front counter told us that’s what we ordered. We said we ordered NO BISCUIT, not no hot cakes but they said biscuits are apparently hot cakes. No, they aren’t. You‘re just stupid, what?? Then, we had to pay EXTRA for the pancakes that were already supposed to be included. And no one at the counter speaks English so they couldn’t understand anything we were asking for.
Testing amazing
3.99 for a large fry...you can buy a 10lb bag of potatoes for 3.90 at walmart, or 5.22 for a 3lb bag of organic potatoes...people should just not eat at these fast food places that are robbing people.
Workers have nasty attitudes and constantly messes up my order
Left us waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes. I had to ask if there was anyone there.. and he responded and told me that they are closed for 30 minutes to catchup on DoorDash orders. Understandable, but the fact that they didn’t tell us that is insane. The cars in front of us got helped.
Store is gas now
After my child received a bad sandwich I haven't really been back there.
Terrible service
This is one of THE worst McDonald's ever! The Spanish people has attitudes. Upset because THEY not getting your order right! Pricing wrong where I had to end up ordering on the app. Still got the order wrong twice! Closed the window on me and didn't apologize or say thank you..Never again!
Either the slowest fast food experience you've ever had or they get your order wrong, sometimes it's even both.
Restaurantji Recommends
Their fried chicken is the best and you can have as much of it as you want. I also like the fried fish that they have and also they’re baked fish. Those are favorites of mine.
there was an improvement
Pricing was not clearly posted I had not visited a McDonald's in quite a while and the large sign was high overhead. I ordered two value meals of fish. My bill was over $18 and after I paid and got the food the lady that informed me that they had a special bundle on. I will not go back
Everything was perfect. We were greeted kindly upon entering and a worker even apologized for the food wait when it hadn't been long. Food was hot and fresh.
I am literally trying to find out why the Black heavy set man in drive thru would not give me my receipt! I pulled up to the first drive thru window after doing a mobile drive thru order and i let him know i have a mobile order. I DID MY JOB!
He say’s “ok next window” and i proceed to say “Receipt?” He say’s “NEXT WINDOW” all sassy like a woman. And i say “Receipt!” He say’s “NEXT WINDOW” i say again “receipt!” I tell him “when i go to this next window i am going to ask them where i get my receipt” i Get to the next window and of course it’s mostly Spanish so no one really understands what i am saying.
I ask the manager “where do i get my receipt?” And she say’s “the window you came from” i proceed to tell her “well, do you know why this man wouldn’t give it to me and put up a fight!!” She goes to get my receipt and comes back. I told her i wanted to complain and she claims she told the GM! who really know’s! But if you ever came here you know exactly who i am talking about! i am so convinced he is keeping our receipts and doing the survey’s and getting buy one get one sandwiches! Because why argue with me when i ask for my receipt! Yet if my order is wrong and i have to come back they will ask for my receipt
