Burger patties were dry shriveled and burnt. Was not a pleasant thing to find out while biting the burger. The fries were also cold and hard as if they were old and not under a heat lamp. This visit reminded me why I dont go to McD's anymore.

Rude workers and we always have things wrong and missing it happens almost every single trip there I usually get a receipt for that reason. We never make waves cause stuff happens but for some reason when I asked for a receipt. This rude guy ushered me on And refused to open the window and rolled his eyes I only wanted a receipt so I can prove what I bought he shoo-ed me on it was so rude. And the worst part was the food was wrong and there was no reason to go back to fix it when I don't even have a receipt to do that with. I decided that is the last time I'll eat here. It just keeps going down hill and the prices keep raising. 10/10 do NOT recommend

i work early in the morning and come here around 5 am most days. this will be the last time i come for breakfast since it takes at least 5 minutes for someone to answer the intercom. i placed my order online about 15 minutes ago, i pull up and the worker is just now putting their headset on. i don’t appreciate a 20 minute wait for fast food.

I'd give zero if possible. This McDonald's never gets your order right & acts like you're trying to steal from them when you ask for it to be make correctly. You're better off going literally anywhere else.

Starting from the person who took my money. I paid with cash. Not exact cash. The individual asked me something inaudible and then just closed his window. Not that a little change mattered, but at least make an effort to ask if I wanted it back or to give me a receipt. I ordered one item. A Quarter Pounder. At the next window I was asked to pull up and someone would bring my order. I counted 5 cars behind me that got their order before an individual came to my car door with what looked like a stare of resentment, handed me my bag and walked away with muttering a word. I guess we’ve arrived. East Broad street McDonalds near Reynoldsburg is a place where SOME of us should avoid.

so tired of the inconsistency at this mcdonald's, i totally understand mistakes and human error but this mcdonald's is unbelievable i wanted to share a cheeseburger meal with my bf WITH JUST CHEESE KETCHUP AND ONIONS, very easy order, get it all the time , but today either showed a language barrier issue ( normal problem here), lack of care for there job or all of them but i received a burger meal easy but with TOMATO AND EXTRA PICKLE!!!!! PLZ MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

I went into the store to order lunch. I went to place my order and the girl told me that I had to order from the kiosk. I left your loss McDonald’s.
They have 2 lanes but always ignore one. If you ask for ketchup they act like it comes from their pocket. Slow and fries are always undercooked.
