Horrible Food, Horrible Service. The fries were under cooked, asked for new fries, they took the old fries and forgot to the new fries. I had to speak to several employees until I found someone that spoke English. The burger bun was stale. It took a long time to get our order, priority was given to the drive-thru. I am tired of going to fast food restaurants and nothing but Spanish speaking people running the business.What McDonald’s needs: Forget all the new fancy foods and expensive advertising, give the customer what they really want; Quality Assurance person on each shift, fresh warm food, clean restaurants.

I wrote to McDonalds on this and will spare the details. Drive thru: Wrong item ordered by associate, he would not correct it (even after I corrected him 3 times), it was corrected at the pickup but refund was not correct. I had to park, walk in, wait, and then get a negative attitude from manager and no apology given. And I am now done with McDonalds.
Customer service at the window is horrible. Rude and obnoxious. Hispanic women practically threw the condiments when asked for the ones ordered instead of the ones randomly given on a 10 piece chicken nugget. I can't imagine how they stay open with this attitude. I will no longer patronize this location.

It was very disappointing customer service ever I saw in this branch of McDonald’s. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and 4 crispy mc chicken sandwich, after I paid in drive through, they told me to pull to one of pick up location, but I had to wait more than 20minutes, I am very disappointed with disrespectful customer service.
