Somebody went wild with the salt shaker over there. I just had food delivered. The burgers were delicious. The fries had way way too much salt. My elderly mother nor I could eat them. We paid good money for a dinner we could not eat. I will not take a chance to go to this store again. Plus, my mother ordered a blueberry pie and was given apple instead. She was disappointed.

Update: Thank you to McDonld's for inviting me to contact you directly. I did that and you promptly replied. You told me to contact DoorDash about my problem. I am sorry, but DoorDash did not put the overabundance of salt on the fries or gave a different flavored pie other than what was ordered. DoorDash simply delivered the order that you prepared. Not good to try to pass blame to somebody else. You are not taking responsibility for your poor service. I have looked at several other McDonald's restaurants nearby and found they all rate about 3 something stars. This poor service seems to be a systemic problem throughout your stores. I won't take a chance on a poor meal again so I will not be coming back. I have been away from McDonald's for years because of poor service. Due to Trumps focus on your company, I decided to give it another whirl. I have found nothing has changed and I won't be back.

At like 7:18 pm on 07/13/25 they ran out of fries. I didn’t find this out until 7:25 pm because despite being at the ordering station they refused to communicate to their customers.
I asked to just have the price of the fries from my girlfriend’s happy meal waived. I was then put on hold without warning for another 3 minutes waiting for a response while trying to “hello?” To the employee on the other side. Then, instead of answering or trying to assist, I was told they’re also out of cheese for their burgers.

How, as the cheeseburger and fry restaurant, do you run out of cheese and fries?! And then also not even have the balls to communicate that to your customers or at least put a sign on the ordering screen.

No Caller ID

Every time I come here during lunch time there is always an issue with my order. The food is always burnt or old and they act like they can’t give you a cup of water with your meal. The Mexican lady at the window always has an attitude. I believe she is the manager . Asked for fresh fries and all she did was take my old fries and dropped them in the fryer and gave them back to me . Wasted my points for my daughter’s meal at this location and will never be returning .

Their food prices out getting ridiculous! $9.79 for a filet of fish, medium fry and medium drink. Really!!!!!! I guess McDonalds is passing that new minimum wages cost to all their customers!!!

I know if I’m eating here that the food will always be wrong and the service is rude. And when you ask them to correct their mistake, they look at you like you’re the biggest inconvenience. I get it’s a McDonalds, but for $36 I at least expect all the food be in the bag. Good grief.

I ordered a big mac on some tuff stuff gettin them carbs in, and when I pulled out this monstrosity/violation of a burger I noticed some white substance on it. Big mac sauce ain’t white i know that for a fact, so they put mayonnaise on my big mac. The absolute demolition of the true art piece of this burger turned me from a regular (one time a week 6’0 190 LBS jacked) customer to a I don’t want to go to this disgraceful excuse for a mcdonald’s. Do not go here. Lady was rude asl too

Disappointed. Wasted time and money. Apparently the workers would rather cancel my order (that was picked up incorrectly by another DoorDash) than simply remake it. Oh, don’t worry, I’ll get my money back in 3-5 business days. Don’t order delivery unless you’re in the mood to loan McDonald’s your hard earned money for 3-5 business days.

Don’t eat here!!!!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing, they hang up on customers and their lack of care is terrible. We were missing half our meal and they didn’t care at all and offered no refund for the food missing and just told us if we wanted the rest we have to come back and hung up. Terrible place!!!!

It's mostly drive through, but I'm old school and like to sit @ a table and enjoy my meal. This is one of my favorite McDonald's because I live 5-10 minutes away.

i went here with friends to get a quick meal and it became very unpleasant quickly. they messed up our entire order. we tried to explain to them as they looked at us as if we were crazy. we will not be returning here and i do not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were friendly, and my food was just as I ordered, hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff seemed to genuinely enjoy working with each other. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast experience!

Cant get your order right to save their life. I ordered on the mobile app and they dont give a crap about customizations to your food i am lactose and i now have a quater pounder deluxe with melted cheese all over it. Total waste of my $8
