itās bad when you have to say that the ppl ordering food were nicer than the ppl serving the food.
machine was broke and didnāt let me change drink size or add a bbq to a happy meal, also didnāt allow to pay at the kiosk.
when we went to the counter to pay, the manager cut us off mid sentence.
when they forgot our drinks and the sauce we requested for the happy meal the manager told us to āorder it with the meal next time to not waste their time.ā there were only two other people in with us and they were door dashers who got better customer service than us.
not worth the time of day.

Usually good.
Placed a mobile order, when I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have one of the items, and that I'd have to go through the app to refund it. When I got home, turns out I have to be at the restaurant to refund the item. Great. Those were my last few dollars, spent in an effort to make myself feel okay for a minute. Won't be back, can't afford to donate money to McDonald's.

I ordered a breakfast burritos from the drive-thru, but the inside were very cold. While I understand that it is a fast-paced environment, but at least the staff should prioritize serving food at the appropriate temperature.

I ordered food from touch screen. Needed to use restroom. When I asked to use restroom (locked) I was told that I needed to make a purchase. Not friendly at all. I totally understand restroom is for customers only, but then I had to prove i did order. There was only one order on screen, mine š¤ and only one person trying to order at counter. sad times when a public establishment has to unlock door for me. Couldn't even tell me the code, although sign says to get code at counter. Lady was a bit nicer when I asked for pepper. No condiments or napkins available to get yourself. Must have been in a tough area if you have to ask for napkins or pepper. Food was great!

Paid for food like other McDonald's using the app and the drive-thru code. However management refuse to say the code existed. And threatened to call the police if I didn't keep moving on. Management is aggressive and refuses to give name and incredibly hostile staff. Also deliberately rude to me and misgendered on purpose. Have dashcam of entire event.

Worst McDonalds Iāve EVER been to. Do not ever dine in at this location. Employees are extremely rude. They will not even acknowledge anyone who is waiting in line to order or to pickup. We stood in the lobby for 15min and had to yell to get anyoneās attention. Yet not surprised seeing that itās a west side location
