itās bad when you have to say that the ppl ordering food were nicer than the ppl serving the food. machine was broke and didnāt let me change drink size or add a bbq to a happy meal, also didnāt allow to pay at the kiosk. when we went to the counter to pay, the manager cut us off mid sentence. when they forgot our drinks and the sauce we requested for the happy meal the manager told us to āorder it with the meal next time to not waste their time.ā there were only two other people in with us and they were door dashers who got better customer service than us. not worth the time of day.

Placed a mobile order, when I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have one of the items, and that I'd have to go through the app to refund it. When I got home, turns out I have to be at the restaurant to refund the item. Great. Those were my last few dollars, spent in an effort to make myself feel okay for a minute. Won't be back, can't afford to donate money to McDonald's.
