This McDonald’s will have an incredibly slow drive thru response time, then completely ignore the line at the drive thru and tell you they are in the middle of a shift change. That is no excuse to continue to serve your customers.

Worst McDonald's in Columbus. Manager rude, cussing, and highly unprofessional. Their staff refuse to fill a $28.00 order. When I finally caught her in her lie, she tried to blame it on others. This is the most unprofessional store I have ever encountered. My order was placed at 6:00 p.m. and still at 8:19 I do not have an order. Only when she found out I had been taking screenshots and was already in a meeting with a very important person, was she then, trying to fill my order, but still calling names. Then in her unwillingness to want to fill the order was going down practically the entire order stating she did not have the items. We are past 8:00 p.m. you should have done canceled the order if you were that incompetent of not being able to handle a $28 order and it was placed at 6:00 p.m. I would love to speak to a District Manager.

The night time manager, she was heavier set, was just utterly ride for no reason. Also told me that they didnt serve coffee till 3 am and told me i had to cancel my order. If you dont like your job then find a new one. Wont be returning.

it’s bad when you have to say that the ppl ordering food were nicer than the ppl serving the food. machine was broke and didn’t let me change drink size or add a bbq to a happy meal, also didn’t allow to pay at the kiosk. when we went to the counter to pay, the manager cut us off mid sentence. when they forgot our drinks and the sauce we requested for the happy meal the manager told us to “order it with the meal next time to not waste their time.” there were only two other people in with us and they were door dashers who got better customer service than us. not worth the time of day.
