I ordered food from touch screen. Needed to use restroom. When I asked to use restroom (locked) I was told that I needed to make a purchase. Not friendly at all. I totally understand restroom is for customers only, but then I had to prove i did order. Depending on actual location, some are staffed with beginners that is great for training purposes. After all,no matter the position/job, we all had to start somewhere. My only concern is with staff that do have experience who may be BOOK SMART, while lacking real customer service mentalities. This happens everywhere due to technology taking over.

The food is just as bad as in other establishments, with the difference that it is always very dirty here. The grime on the drive thru windows is so thick you could scrape it off with a putty knife.
