Today’s experience at this McDonald’s was very disappointing. I ordered two drinks, but only one was visible because the other was hidden behind the bag, which caused me to accidentally spill it. When I calmly asked the manager for a refill since I didn’t realize the drink was placed there, she immediately started yelling at me instead of helping. There was no professionalism or understanding shown, even though it was an honest mistake. Customer service like this makes me not want to return to this location again.

Good Morning, A Huge Thank You to The Manager and Staff at My McDonald's. I Come By Almost Every Morning Before The 🌞 Comes Up And The Manager is Always affable . She Wears a Pink Polo 💗 Most Days. She's nice to her crew and To Me That Speaks Volumes. So Friday I Ordered A Strawberry 🍓 Banana 🍌 😋 Smoothie ( an all time favorite of mine and when I Pulled to the Second 🪟 She said it Hadn't Filled the Cup correctly and asked if I could pull around to Spot #1. A Few Minutes Later I Looked Over AND She had Approached my Car with 2 Smoothies in Hand. Her Solution Made All The Difference in My Morning. What a Great Way To Start The Day!!! Innumerable Gratification.
