Order 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels, and recieved both with bacon and no sausage, when asked for them to be fixed they said to come back TOMORROW to get it fixed and didnt even offer to refund them. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen from a McDonald's

Online it says 24hours, so at 4:40am im waiting at the speaker and a women gets on the headset and greets me with (what are you doing in my drive- thrue) I told her online it says they was open. The women gets back on and tells me with an angry voice that ( no its 5am) I was just patiently waiting at the speaker so i can get an ice coffee! I didn't even say anything to her, then I'm suddenly greeted like that! This is terrible to be talked to like that first thing in the morning!!

They never have according or mcf. Not even smoothies. I've been there like 10 times last year and nails 17 this year and they never have a good machine like they do for not washing things or why is it?

The issue that I have is that the drive thru is not a place to catch up with someone you know.
I waited more than five minutes extra today because a drive thru employee was talking to someone that they had not seen in a while.

I pull up at 6:45AM before my shift at work nearby. There is one car in both drive thru kiosk lanes. The car ahead of me pulls into the outside lane so I pull into the inside one. After a few moments the car in the inside lane speeds off and I think "that's odd". I soon find out why. I pull up to place my order and hear in a very rude tone "lane two please. Why you think lane two be moving faster than lane one?" I respond "There wasn't a sign to indicate lane one was closed." I start to hear "Lane two please..." again before I decide McDonalds can shove it. To the rude lady running the intercom, consider putting up a sign if you want people to use a particular lane. To the owner of this location, I'm never coming back.
