Say they're 24 hours, I placed a mobile order at 3:55 as I pull in and they say they can't fulfill it since they're closed until breakfast. Guess 24 hour food is dead, still got charged tho, awesome

When you order, you have to ask them for more ketchup because they put two ketchup in there and they don’t even put a napkins in there anymore. I don’t know what’s up with them even when I order from Online! they always forget napkins catch up straw. They need to do better, the machine It’s always broke. I don’t know what’s up with that.

My girlfriend lives in Grandview Heights and I drive 30 minutes after work at 11pm to see her, and there aren't many options for food that late at night. We will stop here though and go through the drive thru, everyone is always in a good mood and listening to music and they seem like they're really enjoying there jobs. Order has always been correct (except a few times we were missing ketchup but that's okay!) Our food is always hot the sweet tea is amazing!! Will be stopping by later tonight! :)

Went in at lunchtime...couldn't get anyone to take my order. Lots of employees just standing around chatting with co-workers. I finally asked if anyone would take my order. Nope! So I walked out and took my business down the street.
1st Red Flag...No one was taking orders. 2nd Red Flag... I saw 3 employees standing around socializing, but not working or standing by grills. I waited and waited for someone to take my order. 3rd Red flag....no customers in this McDonalds at lunchtime. 4th Red Flag... I finally asked one employee if someone would take my order. Nope! I waited again and no one ever came to the front to take my order. I finally just left. After reading reviews, I'm glad I didn't eat here...Will not return.

This is probably the closest McDonald’s to my house. This is usually where I get my egg McMuffin fix. The employees are very polite and the food is, well, what you’d expect from McDonald’s. Very consistent, very tasty, and obviously very healthy. The only downside is that during certain crunch times it does get a little crowded in the dual lane drive-through.
