Food is cold on several occasions and they refuse to remake anything. Service is beyond a problem and they have had several employees fights in the building.
Doordash order are always missing items or incorrect. Reporting the issues does nothing as there is no integrity in management.

If the lobby is closed put that on the website or phone message if you can’t be bothered to pick up the phone. Why am I paying for food via the app only to show up and find a 20 car line with no lobby access and one of the drive through terminals closed? Would be better off temporarily closing than this bullshit they are putting their customers through.

Forget food, then you can't get into the lobby to let them know because it's under construction. So you have to go all the way back around and wait in the already slow drive thru again. They don't answer the damn phone. Place is ridiculous

I went through the drive thru a few times. Today one of the managers were so rude because he didn't get the order right. We weren't rude at all, just waiting. I don't know why it's so hard for people to treat people with respect. Sometimes, the late night workers are way nicer.
They can have not even one other person in line and you will be there forever just waiting to have your order taken !!!! & After you order get ready to wait another 20 for your messed up food !!
