I had to pee so bad I just wanted to pee before I ordered my food. You have to order and pay before you can go to the bathroom because it has a PASSWORD on the bathroom!! The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. And my husband was still in the car because I ran inside first to pee so I had run out tell him to hurry up and when I came back in all the workers were laughing at me and one said to the manager your bathroom girl is back and she didn't come back to the register for about 5 minutes. Made us wait to order. I almost peed myself. And they thought it was funny. Will not be back. Should be ashamed of yourselves!

I observed the employee scratching herself with hand under her cloths then bring me my ice cream cone with out washing or using gloves so this and the rude obnoxious employees I will never return the rude employees has ben going on for years

came here with just about everyone else taking shelter from the storm during the hozier concert. the staff was very friendly and the food was hot and delicious. kudos to the team on 6/18 around 9pm! i appreciate yall very much.
Placed a mobile pick up order. When we went to pick it up in the drive thru the rude lady working at the register refused to give us our food. She stated they are only taking DoorDash orders. Even though our order was already submitted on app and paid for. The lady was very hateful.

Managers were rude and it to 20 min to get my food. Terrible! They need new Managers. Especially the black Manager i will never eat there again. Needs a change or get rid of the whole location. The next person might not be as nice. P.S stay away from the 17th location

Ordered drive thru everything was smooth and spot on the young man taking orders was on top of his job he asked all the right questions also my better half lives to see just how far she can push add ons like extra fudge on fudge Sunday and this young man held his own, never flinched and in fast food service the customer is always accomodated, if the establishment chooses not to appease the customer they will go to the next Mc Donald's. I recommend this location in every way, try them out and try the (hidden menu items) only the true old school golden arches heads know.
