I have to say this morning the manager went out of the way to make sure that things were right. I ordered my breakfast, and it was so quick. I did make a special request to my sandwich but didn't check it as I was going to check in the car. I had no longer sat in the car and she had come outside as she realized she gave me the wrong sandwich and took back the whole bag and then brought back the correct order. Any other time, people just say oh well but she didn't. Thank you and it made for a very good start to my morning ❤️

Probably in the running for the worst McDonalds in columbus. Staff are incompetent and never ever get orders right, you can’t walk in without at least 3 homeless people asking for money and every week some crazy person does something stupid there.

I had an online order for a fillet o fish with double patties. Paid extra for it, still got mine with one patty. Not only that, i had a large sprite but they somehow messed up my drink too and gave me a regular soda.

Ordered a large Hot mocha and they tried giving me a small iced moacha and when i got the hot it was literally only half full... I paid extra for a large not a small in a large cup. Waste of money honestly
