I ordered GrubHub and half my order didn't come. I ordered, the big breakfast and it came with no hotcakes and no hash browns...and not even the extra hash brown that I paid for I'm done with this location. Not, the first time that messed my order up.

The people here seem to be very nice but they did nothing but get order after order wrong. Everybody was coming inside to get a correction, people getting handed the wrong things, things missing. I was so surprised because I counted five people having their order wrong, and I thought for sure that when I came up, it was just some sort of fluke some sort of coincidence, but sure enough everything for my order was wrong as well. I was surprised to see a guy get offered something else because they only had a couple cookies, when it only takes a couple minutes to bake them. Could have just said that will it be a couple minutes. Also watched a guy go up for a medium drink and they said they don't have medium, how about too Smalls? And I didn't say anything but in my head I'm like..... give the guy a large if you don't have medium cups! And then a girl that came in from the drive-thru because something was missing, and what's nice is you get to go ahead and keep anything that's wrong you know because you can't take stuff back over the counter, but dang! And then I start reading through the other reviews and it's like..... yeah this place you want to check your stuff

My husband was doordashing and went in to get the order. He had to wait 10 minutes to get the order that was supposedly ready for pickup. Watched an employee get a guys order wrong twice and staff was rude and very unpleasant. They blamed the customer for not getting it right.

I wanted the shamrock shake so I asked for it and they said okay and I was surprised because McDonald's notoriously doesn't have a working relationship with their ice cream machines. And when I pull up they're like yeah we cant make the shamrock shake.....wtf okay. Then they didn't wanna tell the guy in front of me to pull around while the made his daughters freakin happy meal so it was like 7 minutes of just sitting there AFTER PAYING. And then the freaking McDouble was dryyyyy. Hi-c was really go tho

This McDonald's was actually quick, the workers friendly, and they served fresh and hot food. This hands down is one of the best McDonald's that I've ever been to across the country

I visit this location almost twice a day due to it being the only place around. Their food is always either stale and old or over cooked and bad. Idk if it's safe to eat there. OJ be warm, fries be cold with no salt. The nuggets be burnt. And the staff bragging about being on parole with each other is a huge red flag.
When you go to McDonald's you think you know what you are getting. I went through the drive thru when no one else was around. I was still asked to pull forward away from the delivery window. No other customers came through and the same attendant brought the food out to me 3 minutes later. I ordered a #7, just a 2 cheeseburger meal. I don't know if they received a bad bunch of buns, but they were awful and not the same buns usually served at the McDonald's franchise. I will never go back to this McDonald's on Alum Creek near Livingston in Columbus.

They had my whole order wrong the sprite was horrible and when I tried to call the phone was off the hook. The guy at the 1st window doesn’t pay attention to anything he was just goofin off and the gentleman that took care of me at the 2nd window was polite and friendly. And I can’t even blame them for not double checking. The drive thur guy didn’t listen
