Better late then never. This is the only McDonald's in this area that never gives us problems and for that alone I'm grateful! But a couple evenings ago we went for dinner. The customer service was great although I ordered at the kiosk Sebastian served us our food and had the greatest attitude and energy it was refreshing talk about going above and beyond. When you have people like that keep them a dime a dozen. Thank you Sebastian! Great recommendation on the fries also!

Attempted to order at this McDonalds today around about 6:57pm, the woman that was taking our order was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Examples are no greeting, her raising her voice with a nasty tone saying “I can’t hear you”, I asked if the McRib came as a meal & she shortly responded “medium or large” still with an attitude. I paused to collect myself trying to continue to be kind and said “that was a question.”. She asked what I wanted to drink I asked for a McFlurry she responded “what!?” I repeated calmly “a McFlurry please” & she responded “that’s ice cream not a drink”. I kindly asked to speak to someone else about my order. I could hear her calling someone else over & changing the order huffing in the background. At this point I asked to speak to the manager. My husband chose to speak, greeting the manager kindly. He stated that we were having issues with the worker & she had a bad attitude. He immediately said “No she doesn’t she was letting you know you can’t do that”. My husband responded that’s fine it’s not about the ice cream it’s about her poor customer service. He said she has no attitude. I then asked for their names which he refused to give. I said okay that’s fine I’m sure it on the receipt we are good to pay. He responded “no you can leave.” At this point I am becoming upset, I repeat that I would like to pay for our order and he refuses. We then pull up to window one & ask to speak to the manager. When he comes over he has no name tag & greets us saying “what”. I kindly let him know that the customer service has been terrible & we would like to formally complain. He responds “no”, I ask again for their names & he says “I don’t have to tell you that” & threatens to call the police. What’s most upsetting about this is there’s a sign on the window that states verbal abuse will not be tolerated & this is how they’re treating customers. I am a kind person and can acknowledge people have rough days but there were many opportunities to restart or step away if she wasn’t in the headspace to take our order. The “manager” did not offer any support and instead escalated the situation. If this is the standard for McDonald’s workers I am deeply disappointed. To preach that we should respect them & in the same breath disrespect us fully is bizarre behavior. We didn’t request any special treatment, we were kind and calm & we were met with attitude, rudeness, ignorance & disrespect. I would strongly urge this location to take bigger strides to train employees on customer service, walking away when you can’t complete a task & deescalation for managers. My children in the car (the only reason we are at this McDonald’s) are crying because they don’t want the police to get us. Shameful. I have a partial voice recording of the interaction once it turned nasty, would love to follow up with the franchise owner or someone in leadership.

They don't unlock half of the doors. I dont want to go to McDonald's that has 3 of the 4 doors locked during operating hours. I'll go to a location that wants us to come in and spend our money. Not inviting to customers.

I was third in line on the left side to order . Like 8 cars already ordered to the left side. Wasted so much time I didn’t even want to order. I told them as the cars in front on me blew the horn they were able to finally squeeze through to leave .

I usually go late at night and use the drive-thru they have two drive through speakers. The service is always fast and the staff is always friendly even late at night. Sometimes I have to wait for my food out front but it never takes that long and it's always fresh and hot when I get it.

Every time I order delivery, something is missing and/or wrong. This time I didn't receive the cookie tote I ordered. Usually straws and sauces are missing. How hard is it to read the receipt?

Not happy at all the past 3 times I’ve went there. I’ve been very disappointed. Sprite it’s horrible. Does not even taste like sprite! I’ve gottin root beer yesterday and the same it was horrible. They need to be on top of changing the sodas syrup! I’m done wasting money and can’t drink in and enjoy the meal each time . Very disappointed

Doors on the side where only handicapped parking is, is locked at 4:30 pm and spots on other side are mobile order parking. And lack of care from employees when asked is absolutely unacceptable to me, safety reasons they said. In broad daylight .. unacceptable!!!
