Not sure why there are critical reviews of the pho broth at this place. The bowl I was given today is one of the absolute best and richest pho broths I have ever tasted, and I have had pho all over the US, including the most authentic level available in the country. I tried the Pho King. It was outstanding. The soy braised brisket was tender melt in your mouth, and perfectly balanced against the well composed arrangement of noodles, scallions and cilantro. Good noodles! I ordered the brisket pho—the brisket was very tender. The broth was decent but felt a bit plain; it could use a bit more depth of flavor.

I also tried the burger bao. It was tasty, but a bit small for the price and nothing particularly special.

Overall, a solid spot for a quick meal, but the flavors could be more memorable.

I went to Mecha last night for the first time - it was a cold and rainy night and ramen was gonna do the trick. The food was average - I got the mushroom bao bun, poutine, and vegan ramen. It was all fine. Good, but I've definitely had way, way better. The service was really lacking due to the HUGE influx of food delivery orders the FOH staff was trying to manage. There were only 3 FOH staff and 2 BOH (I know this because we were seated next to the kitchen). The poor...
