I got yuzu soy mazemen. It is a cold brothless ramen ( although there is no broth there is a very flavorful sauce that the noodles soak up so deliciously.) Refreshing, savory and delicious! It has a soft boiled egg, choice of pork tenderloin or pork belly, tangy pickled cucumbers with a slight spice to them. My husband tried shoyu paitan ramen for the first time. He really enjoyed it! Delicious. It’s been a while since I dined in but they gave us cucumber water which was a small nice touch , like how in the south they give you sweet tea automatically instead of water lol
First time having ramen . I don’t eat pork so they have meat accommodations for people that don’t.
It was great that most of the ramen bowls had chicken broth too instead of all pork. The broth was hot and spicy and tasty and the noodles were fresh and warm. They gave me fried chicken on the side it was crispy and crunchy and tasted just right with dipping sauce. The ramen really helped cause today was a cold day and I had a cold.
