Service was great. They were quick and super friendly.They weren’t stingy with toppings and the pizza came out perfect. It wasn’t too loud and the crowd wasn’t either.5/5 would go again.

Have eaten here numerous times. Great pizza. Can get any toppings they have with no limits. The pizza sauce and crust are really good. Never had a problem at all ordering or with the staff. Friendly with a smile. I recommend Mod pizza! Good food, great experience. I need to have lunch there again soon.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to the ladies working today! A few customers came in without masks, and they politely asked them about their masks. The customers got rude and disrespectful but they left. The ladies were very respectful throughout the whole situation.I made sure to leave them a tip! Good for them for keeping their composure in the presence of stupidity!

Not a fan of Mod. But, they're like a certain hamburger chain that sells their small burgers by the sack, sometimes you want it. Three of us went there. First, they are mask sheep who wish to enforce their will on everyone, might explain why the place was empty at 6:00 PM while every restaurant around them was packed. Two in our party had masks, they DO NOT provide any, so they put theirs on. I have an exemption, which I informed them of, and will not wear one. I was told someone else could order what I wanted, despite the fact they could clearly hear me while I stood more than six feet away. Did I mention the place was EMPTY, so no background noise. Fine, two orders placed, and from the start members of my party saw they were wrong. Add in, they ordered from the base menu, but were never asked if they wanted additional items or items removed. That was enough, rude, uncaring, and I'll be damned if I'm going to let some 20 something talk to me like I'm a 3rd grader. My children are in their 30's, so I'm not young. We told them forget it and walked out. I will never go back.

Cant order without a mask. But they don't provide any at the door either. I didn't have one with me. Also they were very rude about it!! Won't be going back. And I will make sure to tell all my friends how rude they were.

They force you to wear a mask because they want you to be a sheep. They also completely burnt my pizza crust. Will go to california kitchen next time.

They were very rude and turned away our service my husband and I with our two children because we didn't have a mask! I will go to California pizza kitchen over this business from here in out! The people in there eating weren't wearing a mask! They just want you to order with a mask and then sit without one on! What a joke. This establishment is a joke.

On Jan 30th we went to Mod Pizza on Polaris. We have had great experiences there before tonight. The manager took our orders and I tols her I needed to be gluten free/dairy free. We ordered 3 mini pizzas for our grandchildren and I ordered a Mod size GF/ DF Pizza and my husband ordered his pizza. They gave him the wrong Pizza and had to make him a new one. After taking a few bites I realized my Pizza had regular cheese and wheat crust. My granddaughter had the GF/ DF Pizza. I am highly allergic to wheat and ended up with a reaction. They refunded our money but the manager should be fired!

Second time in a row I have order asking for Asiago cheese and I get this.... I'm freaking real. Our family was a weekly regular down in Fort Worth, TX. But this is insane and I will be sharing this experience and not returning...
Always have a great experience at this MOD whether it's done in or take out. The employees are very customer service oriented--unlike some other fast-pizza concepts--I never feel judged on my choice or amount of toppings. In-store service is always efficient and when I've done pickup, the employees see me coming and literally walk my order to me from the pick-up area. Always clean and well-kept--great location providing exceptional service!

I went in just for the vegan pizza. Heard a lot about it. Just wanted to try it. Not really disappointed at all. The only thing is the cauliflower crust was really crispy. I think if I'd asked them to not make it so crispy it would have been better because it did like hurt my mouth. If you chewed it wrong. I was experienced, never had a vegan pizza before like the flavor combinations that you're able to choose and you know have it your way. If you will I will try it again. Just building it your way but I would ask them to not make the crust so crispy because it did hurt my mouth to the point where you kind of had to like break it with your hand and then chew it like you would break it up for a child. I don't know if that's how we were supposed to be but it didn't sit well for me but I would try it again and then closing is always as this a place what I would take my friend from out of town If they never had it and they love pizza and they want to build their own pizza. Yes, If they were just a pizza fan and wanted to try more traditional style. No I wouldn't

This is one of my favorite build your own pizza places. I love that they have roasted garlic on the menu because I will risk heartburn for a few days to eat a ton of those roasted garlic cloves on a pizza. IT IS SO GOOD

Used to love eating here, went in today for the first time in about a year and the smallest pizza you can get is now $7 compared to around $5.28 a year ago. The markup is unreal and they really skimp you on the toppings. All i ordered was a pizza with 4 different kinds of cheese and they gave me the smallest pinches of 3 of the cheeses that I have ever seen. Never eating here again. What a waste of money. The pizza was not even that good due to being cheated out of a fair amount of toppings. I used to work in food service and of course there are specific portions you are allowed to give but this is ridiculous. No wonder this place is never busy.
