The food was so so good. I ordered the fried cauliflower plate with brown rice and roasted broccoli and the radish. I got the creamy sesame sauce. OH MY GOSH! Absolutely delicious. I love finding plant based meals that actually taste good. I’ll be back this weekend!

This was our first time ordering Moonbowls, my husband loves Korean food and I had never had any version of it. We absolutely loved our food tonight and can't wait to have it again! Very delicious!We had it delivered so I can’t review the atmosphere.
Honestly just a really disappointing experience. Ordered for pick up and the food wasn’t ready until 55 minutes past the order pick up time. I realize food service can be difficult with matching order times but to get there at the order pick up time and then wait for an hour was honestly ridiculous. Furthermore, we ordered through Uber pickup and the app was left on order ready status for a long time. When I asked about this, they said it probably means it’s ready in the kitchen but not bagged and ready yet. It stayed on this screen for 15 minutes. Honestly would never go back after such an underwhelming experience. For context we ordered our food over an hour and a half before we got it.

VERY inconsistent. Ordered it two times in the same week and got a different portion size for everything. They forgot an item, and the rice was undercooked. Super disappointing. Got excited thinking I found a decent safe place to eat, just to be charged the same amount to receive half the amount of food that wasn't ever on par with the prior order.

I ordered this on DoorDash because it looked good and it was BOGO but thank the lord it was because this was just so disappointing. I got the hot chicken bowl and the pictures compared to the bowl were just no. The food was so bland and my rice was hard and stuck together. I got 3 pieces of chicken in my bowl and one wasn't even cooked all the way through. This taste like something I could've made at home but obviously my version would've been so much better. Over priced for small portion. I ended up just throwing mine away honestly. I got catfished.. I knew I should've gotten my Chipotle
