I had mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, and a spinach salad. The mozzarella sticks and salad dressing were very good. The chicken fingers were dry and inedible. When the waitress asked me how was everything I gave her my opinion of each item as stated above. She "apologized" but really couldn't have cared less. Didn't offer me anything else, didn't offer to take it off the check.
I went here because of their ad in the (614) magazine. They spent all that money advertising and then when they had new customers come in, they blew it with one bad item and then not having the customer service skills to correct it.

Service was good. Good was good. Food came out very fast. ( It was early and not a lot of traffic ). 1st time here. Potato soup and Mac and cheese were good, but not seasoned enough. We will be back.
Hours are never accurate, will happily accept your online order with no intention of making it. Want to eat here or order food? Good luck! Would give less than one star if I could given the repeated experiences.

I highly recommend Moran’s Bar and Grill. My office is nearby and Moran’s is one of our favorite lunch spots. They really won my heart last week though. Our fairly large team decided to meet on Moran’s back patio for happy hour and forgot to call in advance. A few of us showed up and told the person who greeted us that we’d have 20 - 30 people for happy hour drinks and appetizers. Moran’s welcomed us with open arms and their attentive wait staff immediately started pulling together seating for us. Despite the sheer number of us, with people coming and going, the wait staff did an incredible job making sure everyone was served and happy. We’ve had similar impressive service at lunch as well. The cocktails were delicious, as was the food. We always enjoy ourselves at Moran’s!
