Miso ramen review:
Broth and chicken katsu were great! I thought I would hate the soggy panko but it was super thin cut, flavorful and it slapped. Broth was unusual for miso but also delicious.
Egg was a bit over marinated though cooked well and bok choi was a bit weird with the ramen tbh. Noodles were bouncy but didn't mesh super well flavor-wise. Surprisingly impressive ramen overall!
