I live 2hrs away from columbus but when in town always stop there great food priced as a Mr Hero would be I've tried different Mr Hero's up there but always taste different this is the to go place 😋
This place is a Columbus staple and childhood favorite, I stopped by this location after many years and it honestly hasn't changed a bit. The service was quick but they were a bit short staffed with the order taker having to run both drive through and the front counter. The food came out quick, hot and fresh. The restaurant itself could use some TLC and updates but it is also a classic spot. Overall, great food and friendly staff.

The food is terrible here.It takes rushed in very cheap. If your money is very low and you just need something to eat. And it was pretty expensive for what they're serving. I would suggest going to penn station instead

I love Mr. Hero and will smash a Roman Burger at any opportunity. Been part of the legion of Hero's for decades.
All that said, this place was absolutely disgusting. The restrooms were filthy and smelled terrible. Didn't even trust the paper towel dispenser. The whole restaurant smelled like the trap was backed up or in need of service.
The first impression was terrible and I didn't trust the cleanliness to even order food.

Used to eat here regularly but not so often anymore. Stopped in here a few weeks ago and was dumbfounded by the price increase of their subs. Don't mind paying more, if it's the same portion size, but the sandwiches have shrunk drastically in size as well. Looks more like they're being put on a hot dog bun than a sub bun. It's just not an economically sound choice for me to eat her anymore. This used to be one of my favorite quick stop eateries. Although the food was still delicious, I can no longer afford it. You can get more for less, at alot of other sandwich shops.

Mr. Hero is an Upper Ohio Favorite of mine. Great CheeseSteaks 👍🏾 and Classic Waffle Fries. Columbus, Ohio Management has changed Drastically since my Days in Cleveland. Not Caucasian Managed. Eastern Indian or Arab Owned. New Updated Additions to the Classic Menu 👌🏾 Menu though 😋
the 1st Mr. Hero in Columbus ❤️ the trip i was on sent me right passed my favorite sandwich seller. Had to get me a large Romanburger, its never enough!
Worth the stop, every time. Romanburger is an amazing variation on a fast food burger. It is probably the shortest stop on our road trips, but we always stop for a Mr. Hero romanburger when in Ohio.
