Always been a fan and frequent customer @ Mr. Hero. Always purchase Philly Cheese Steak Subs and they are awesome! Tried the new Waffle Doodle sandwich and it was ok, but not really sure what to think about it overall. Maybe would have liked it better if the waffles were crispier and more "Done". Just not my taste I guess. Great service as always, quick to get in and out and cashier was super nice. Will continue to visit and try other new menu items.
Sandwich was ok. Bathroom was filthy. Can't trust the cleanliness of a restaurant with a filthy bathroom. They may not even wash their hands in the filthy sink with filthy. I used a baby wipe in my car.
Was not as good as it used to be, and the prices are too high.

My go to is the Romanburger. It’s just flat-out delicious, imo. Followed closely by their Cheesesteak. The fries are firm sorta crisp but never soggy and limp. Seriously, I can’t recall ever being disappointed when eating or hitting the drive-through.Service, at least, using the drive-through is never fast so as long as you know and are aware the slowness shouldn’t irritate you too much.The inside is tidy just chairs and tables nothing fancy. I’ll say it’s “neat and orderly” when describing the inside lobby.
Parking: Plenty of parking as long as patrons park correctly. That said, parking lines need to be repainted since they’re barely visible.
Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk is ADA-compliant.
