Absolutely disgusting that they would do this to someone I want to pour out my soda me and my sister went to Mr. heroes on Livingston Avenue last night and this was on the inside of my cup. Absolutely disgusting I will never return to this location. This is a reportable offense

Ordered and charged at drive-thru for two medium chicken philly sandwiches. Got home, and it was steak! The food was still good, but NOT what I ordered! It was the first time that they messed up my order.

I’m not sure if I will ever be back to this location. I bought a Roman Burger combo yesterday from this location. Got home to eat and they had the wrong sandwich. I immediately called them to let them know. I was advised by a Miki or Niki I couldn’t understand his name and he advised me to bring my receipt back and mention his name and they would replace the sandwich. This evening I arrive to get my sandwich and the person advised me that I need my receipt plus the old sandwich. I advised him that I was not told to bring the old sandwich back with me along with the receipt. He acted as if he wasn’t going to replace my sandwich. He also didn’t have any idea of who I was talking about. I insisted that he replace my sandwich as promised otherwise this would be my last visit. He eventually replaced my sandwich. How do you not know your co-workers? Not a great location and customer service is lacking!

Inside and outside of this place is disgusting. I am filing a complaint with the Columbus Department of Health and Mr. Hero corporate. Disgusting!!!
Always been a fan and frequent customer @ Mr. Hero. Always purchase Philly Cheese Steak Subs and they are awesome! Tried the new Waffle Doodle sandwich and it was ok, but not really sure what to think about it overall. Maybe would have liked it better if the waffles were crispier and more "Done". Just not my taste I guess. Great service as always, quick to get in and out and cashier was super nice. Will continue to visit and try other new menu items.
