This is the worst hibachi in Columbus I paid close to $30 for my meal I got the house about you it was gross the the steak was tough the chicken had gristle in it it is the worst hibachi ever I do not recommend

I don’t remember if the food was good or not. I’m not much of an Asian food person. I went on a Friday night to try and hook up. However, there wasn’t even a DJ or dance floor. I got all dressed up with Johnson’s baby powder and cool water cologne for nothing. Single hotties were almost Non-existent. So if you trying to to get some stink on your hang-lo, I d try somewhere else. Very disappointed.

I ordered one Chicken entrée and one side and I emphasized I wanted extra of both . The lady i spoke with repeated my order and when I get to the place I pay for the order, she brings my food and I see two trays. I ask why there are two trays and she says. ” You asked for extra rice & chicken, but it’s cheaper to get another plate.” After adding up one side of chicken, which is $5.99 and a extra side of rice, which she said was $2 which accumulates to $7.99. One entrée and two sides is $10.99 So, how is it cheaper I don’t know. I asked for a refund & she explains to me how I already paid for the food acting as if she’s confused on my request saying there’s nothing she can do about it. I later submit to this tragedy and just grab my food and leave. On top of all this mess, I received 4 Yum Yum sauce and they were all filled halfway to the point where I could pour one into the other have a full cup. Now this is mind blowing. This establishment lacks empathy for its everyday customers & I’m very disappointed with the service. Good day to all.

Food was delicious the best I've been since I been in town. I'd give this place 10 stars heck 20 stars if I could. Customer service was perfect friendly an welcoming faces. Thank you I will be back often. ZzFOOD LOOKED just like the pics.
Parking: Park right in front of door no problems was a Monday at 3pm if that help.

This was my first Hibachi experience. I have food allergies, and the staff were extremely helpful with finding something I could eat. I ended up with the shrimp on a huge bed of white steamed rice with cabbage and carrots. It was absolutely delicious, and I was able to get lunch and dinner out of the meal. I will definitely be going back to try the other proteins on the menu.
Dietary restrictions: Worked with me to find menu options that would work with my food allergies.
