I ordered the beast-style fries, and they arrived without any toppings and were cold. As for the burger, the bun wasn't toasted or even warm. The taste of the meat? For the price, I'd at least expect them to add salt. 🫤

I ordered a Karl's deluxe and a plain crinkle fries. The burger is supposed to be toasted with carmelized onions and cheese, wasn't toasted and had zero onions. The fries had some spicy seasoning on them, I can't eat spicy food so they went to the trash. Doesn't say much for a burger business when they can't even make their own burgers right. Will never be ordering this again
