Relaxing, entertaining & fun. The food is adequate.
We ordered 2 salads, 1 showed up, with no dressing, 15 minutes go by,. Then you bring out 2 pieces of chicken, still no salad. 30 minutes later after asking again, they bring the other salad with 2 dressing with it. Then we ordered a bucket of Bud light, and also got charged for a single Bud also. Your people need to read better. The only good thing about the night was the show.
What a fantastic venue with excellent wait staff.
Lovely intimate venue with lots of character. Excellent sound. Really well organized for ordering food and drinks during shows. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed the woodfired pizza (got one without cheese to make it vegan) and a non-alcoholic IPA.
Nice small venue. Has smaller room that is intimate for music. Also has larger room for more events.
Such a fun place.
I'm a huge fan of this venue, whether I'm performing on stage or supporting my fellow musical colleagues, from the audience viewpoint. Highly recommended.
Went to see Jonathan Richman tonight and he played for under 45 minutes. Richman is not an artist but a fraudster. Real artists go above and beyond to give their fans a good experience. He left most of the fans angry. Natalee’s is complicit in this fraud by not having a contract to make sure their patrons get a legit show. Natalie’s should give all guests their money back. Paid a lot of money to see this “show.” Very disappointed in my first experience at Natalie’s.
Update: Natalie’s and promoter sent email acknowledging they had a contract with Richman that required the show to be at least 75 minutes. They said sorry but had no resolution for the customer. Basically the performer breached the contract and the customers are stuck paying full price for half a show. Shame on Natalie’s and promoter for not sticking up for their customers by enforcing the contract and refunding us.
Not really sure what the hype is about. Food is overpriced, you have to pay a cover 80% of the time when you really just want to go eat a meal and not be there for a show. The thing that made me the most angry is that we are paying 3.6% fee for the employees insurance!! First of all why is this a percentage, second of all why am I paying for the insurance to their staff?!? This is up to the employer to provide right?? And do you really think all of that money even goes towards the staffs insurance since it’s a percentage?? The only reason I gave 2 stars was pizza was decent, but again overpriced….mixed drinks were too sweet and not much for beer selection. You do all of your ordering through the toast app also, which means you only see staff after an order is placed. We sat at the bar, so if you have any menu questions it takes forever to get the bartenders attention.
Natalie’s is always great. Good food and awesome entertainment!

Great experience!!
Great service and great vibe!
Go see Whirlybirds! Every Saturday 5-7. They're the best! The food is fantastic too!
Drink specials are worth a try.
I’ve been to a few shows in the Music Hall and a few at Charlie’s and I don’t think you can go wrong with either option! The shows in the music hall have been high energy with crowds that are dancing and singing along. The shows at Charlie’s are seated and have been a more laid back experience.
The servers and bartenders are great - super friendly and fast. The food is tasty - you can’t go wrong with a pizza and the fries. Or the arancini. Or the meatball. Or dessert.
Natalie’s seems to be a well-run business that cares about their employees and provides a fun option for a date night or a night out with friends. Give it a try; you won’t regret it!
