the pizza was good in worthington, this pizza was like biting in to a salt block and why were there tampons in a basket in the mens restroom? will never return, this place sucks
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but Natalie’s Pizza in Grandview lost me as a customer for good.
Back in the COVID days, they demanded vaccine proof just for a takeout pizza.
They probably thought it was about safety, but to me, it felt like them shoving their own agenda down everyone’s throats.
I’m all about freedom, so I’ve never set foot there and never will.
Other reviews griping about slow service and rude staff only back up my choice to skip this place.
Natalie’s needs to stick to pizza and ditch the power trips to win over customers like me.
I’ll be at spots that don’t play gatekeeper.
The pizza and drinks were good, not over-the-top amazing, but definitely enjoyable. My favorite beer ran out after my first glass, so I must’ve caught the last pour. A little disappointing, but no big deal.
Ordering at the bar was a bit tricky. It seems like the place leans heavily on app-based ordering, and it was tough to flag down a bartender. Even with an empty glass in front of you, it didn’t feel like traditional bar service was happening. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you prefer face-to-face ordering.
The show itself was fantastic! Super high energy and a lot of fun. The only thing that felt slightly off was the contrast between the vibe of the show and the crowd. It was a punk rock performance, but the audience was mostly older and seated, which made for a bit of an odd energy at times. Still, the performers brought it and made it a really enjoyable night overall.
First time being here and it won't be the last. The venue is very clean overall. (side note the pure essential oil soap in the bathrooms are simply awesome 👍) Drinks were average but I'll take average over bad drinks, lol. We ordered the Funky Fungi pizza, added pepperoni and it was DELICIOUS we ate the whole pizza! We also had a side of house fries, they were fresh, hot and SOOO GOOD!! My best friend and I came here in a whim to see Magnolia, Radderall and Joey Aich and they all killed their sets and I love that they're all local artists/bands! This place is a whole vibe and we loved the atmosphere! 9 out of 10 recommend. The only thing I would change is getting some trash cans upstairs and around the area so people can throw their trash away, we were sitting upstairs and people kept setting their trash on the tables and right in front of where we were sitting bc there were no trash cans anywhere 🤦♀️🤷♀️. Other than that, the staff was great friendly and kind, the music was a whole amazing, great vibe and it was a spectacular night! We will be back many many times! Thanks Natalie's for a memorable night out ❤️🤘
Relaxed atmosphere, best Manhattan I’ve had in years, great sound mix
We had the best time! The food was good, the music was great
Without a doubt, Natalie's is my favorite place to see live music. It's clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, the menu has delicious items you can't get anywhere else, and most importantly, they do a bang-up job of curating and promoting local musicians.
Relaxing, entertaining & fun. The food is adequate.
We ordered 2 salads, 1 showed up, with no dressing, 15 minutes go by,. Then you bring out 2 pieces of chicken, still no salad. 30 minutes later after asking again, they bring the other salad with 2 dressing with it. Then we ordered a bucket of Bud light, and also got charged for a single Bud also. Your people need to read better. The only good thing about the night was the show.
What a fantastic venue with excellent wait staff.

Lovely intimate venue with lots of character. Excellent sound. Really well organized for ordering food and drinks during shows. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed the woodfired pizza (got one without cheese to make it vegan) and a non-alcoholic IPA.
Nice small venue. Has smaller room that is intimate for music. Also has larger room for more events.
Such a fun place.
I'm a huge fan of this venue, whether I'm performing on stage or supporting my fellow musical colleagues, from the audience viewpoint. Highly recommended.
Went to see Jonathan Richman tonight and he played for under 45 minutes. Richman is not an artist but a fraudster. Real artists go above and beyond to give their fans a good experience. He left most of the fans angry. Natalee’s is complicit in this fraud by not having a contract to make sure their patrons get a legit show. Natalie’s should give all guests their money back. Paid a lot of money to see this “show.” Very disappointed in my first experience at Natalie’s.
Update: Natalie’s and promoter sent email acknowledging they had a contract with Richman that required the show to be at least 75 minutes. They said sorry but had no resolution for the customer. Basically the performer breached the contract and the customers are stuck paying full price for half a show. Shame on Natalie’s and promoter for not sticking up for their customers by enforcing the contract and refunding us.
