If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was told my Vertuo Plus was incompatible with double espresso pods, which is not true. Then the employee working incorrectly entered my address. I’ve called customer service a dozen times to have my address on my order updated, and it’s still showing the incorrect delivery address on my order.
Don’t waste your time or money with Nespresso.

Horrible service. Nobody seems happy working there. I usually order online and was very excited to visit a boutique store. The first question I got was to basically telling me to hurry up and make the order. No greeting, no smile, not even asking me if I need help and wanted to learn about any new arrivals. Maybe they are busy but thats not acceptable if they ask you to leave your name at the entrance for them to call you. Honestly, I was very close to walk out the store without getting anything. Will never return and just stick to ordering online. Someone from corporate should do something if they still care about consumer experience.

I wish I could give zero stars or a negative review. The service was rude and unhelpful. I’ll be reporting this to Nespresso’s corporate office.

I occasionally buy in bulk, spending up $200 I’m definitely not going back to this store.

I stoped in yesterday to ask some questions about an online order I was frustrated about because it hasn’t been shipped yet. One of the workers looked it up for me, unfortunately there was nothing he could do. But he helped me pick out pods in store and even surprised me with some free samples which made my day!!

This was truly one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had in a store. I came in wanting to browse the pods and there was a specific one I already knew I wanted. Before I was even allowed to browse, I was told to go to the till and the lady started ringing up pods without letting me first browse. When I was able to browse, I got no help from the staff, I had to pick out my own pods and when she ended up ringing me up, had me grab my own bag to put the pods in. Just truly weird customer service. This experience makes me not want to come back to the store again, would rather just order online.

This store is always closing early!
This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I have traveled 25 minutes to get up to this store and it’s closed!!! It’s really disappointing to keep driving up there and it’s closed!!! Super disappointing

Three trips across town to visit the only Nespresso store in central Ohio, closed every time though I was within the hours stated on the website. The only telephone number is a calll center and they have no information about specific locations.

Horrible service, it takes forever to order stuff and after all that wait they gave me wrong coffee (I ordered Palermo they gave me Kazar) and unfortunately I discovered it after I got home (it is a 28 minutes drive for me!).

15 minute process. I know what I want to order. Why create a curated experience at the sacrifice of convenience? There should be a line for people who know what they want to purchase and people who want t he experience.

It just makes it feel like me and nine other's are all waiting for a seat at a restaurant and all the tables are open, but we have to wait for each individual to finish before we can order.

Going on the weekday is better, but why relegate us to having to guess when they are least busy and just make a better experience.

Had the best customer service with those working around 1 pm on Thursday 4/10. Super friendly and helpful. Suggested tasting before I wanted to buy which helped a lot!

I had a fine time at this store. The employees helped me and I was in and out with my new coffee pods. They also will take and recycle all of your old pods and give you a new recycling bag for the next time!

I have enjoyed most of the coffees I have tried and it's nice to try the seasonal samples. The staff have always been friendly. I think they.limitnthe number of people who can enter because it is a very small store.
