I have never understood why you can't grab what you want off the wall, take it to the register, and pay. You have to wait for someone to "help" you get the item, which is so slow! What other store is like this? There's almost no one here, but I'm going to wait 15 minutes before someone even helps me pick up four cartons of coffee?

I’ve been thinking about purchasing a Nespresso machine for some time, so I went into the store to browse. The store associate, Ambra, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose a machine that was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. She was also very helpful in describing pod flavors, and I took some home that I loved. Overall a wonderful experience!
We are in search of a new coffee maker and when we walked to the boutique we were promptly greeted by Ambra who was so knowledgeable about all products. She asked us questions about our lifestyle and what we wanted out of the machine and we walked away with a tough decision to make! We can’t wait to come back and purchase from her in the next few weeks after we make our decision!

I've gone to get coffee pods in person a handful of times and each time it's been such a great experience! All the staff is so knowledgeable. I got to taste the new flavor of this season, almond croissant! The girl that helped me has been there almost everytime I've gone and she always has the best nails and jewelry on! Everyone that's been there will know exactly who I'm talking about. Thank you for such a great experience everytime!

I just recently purchased an Essenza Mini online and had lots of questions about what I should buy. The service here was amazing!!! I believe her name started with an S (sorry I'm so bad with remembering names) and she was wearing tons of pretty rings/jewelry and also has a red Essenza Mini. This girl deserves a raise!
She was so helpful in answering all my questions. Shared her thoughts about her favorite drinks and was just super kind all around. I purchased an advent calendar and can't wait to try the pods she recommended. I definitely will be purchasing my products here in person from now on. Thanks so much!

I was surprised by all the negative reviews after I entered the store. I was greeted by a very friendly staff person, and when I asked about capsules, she immediately connected me with another staff person. We had a great conversation for several minutes about coffee and capsules, and he told me about some special regional type coffees that I wasn’t aware of. I walked out with a nice sleeve of capsules of Congo coffee part of the Nestlé effort to work with parts of the world where coffee is being developed and where support is needed. They also took my recycled capsules and gave me a new bag. Great experience, friendly staff, and very knowledgeable about their coffee product. Five stars all the way around.

We had a lovely time exploring the Nespresso brand thanks to Shea and Amber! My husband was skeptical about investing in the Nespresso system, but left a believer. We’re excited to get our CitiZ this holiday season!

The customer service at Nespresso is an absolute disgrace. We bought a $799 machine. In 8 months the machine started leaking water all over our counter. We called customer service - a disaster. The solution? Send your machine in for a 1 month repair. Excuse me..what? Find a classic way to make your coffee. This company has awesome marketing and HORRIBLE service. I will never spend a dollar here again. And as a side note- the staff in the store all seem to have a chip on their shoulder.

I love the convenience of having this Boutique in Easton! I swing by regularly to buy my Nespresso pods. Great customer service! I especially want to mention the Assistant Manager, Sarah, she is wonderful! Very warm, professional, and goes above and beyond to help with all your Nespresso needs. I appreciate the whole staff!

So many people would love to have this job, why give to rude people who discourage customers from coming back after a poor, uncomfortable experience. Just to buy some coffee capsules and what not. Thumbs down for me on customer service. Rude employee(s).

Fantastic store so organized and classy went in there for the 1 st time this weekend to restock some pods and they were very friendly, helpful and very fast service had everything I was looking for !!! Stop in and check them out it’s worth the check in ?

I have been to this Nespresso store twice this week and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. The first time was to buy a machine, the person who helped my partner and I pick the right machine for us was extremely helpful and personable, and very patiently and knowledgeably explained the flavor profiles of some coffees we were interest in. The next visit was to return our machine after a short circuit. This return was an absolute breeze and both people working were more than accommodating in making sure we received a working machine. Both experiences were lovely and we look forward to being customers for a long time to come!
