I love Ninja Grill, and I was so sad to see that they are closed. Is Ninja going out of business???

The food here is delicious and the price is good for the large portion. I ordered take out and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was good. It was similar to downtown hibachi grill. It is for take out. They have menu choice or make your own stir fry.

The food tastes on average. I had better order BIBIBOP.

I ate a delicious and filling "late lunch" yesterday [9-21-2022] at Ninja Grill [Poke and Hibachi] at 9 E. Lane Ave. in the "University District" neighborhood of Columbus. I had been in that neighborhood for another reason [a "Peace and Pizza" "student outreach event" half a mile away at my local Quaker Meeting] so I had decided to eat at Ninja Grill before returning home.My food choice for yesterday had been a "build-your-own" Hibachi Bowl as follows: a "Protein" of chicken, a "Base" of fried rice, five "Pick Your Veggies" of Broccoli, bean sprouts, mushrooms, edamame peas, and corn, a "Cooking Sauce" of Pad Thai sauce, and a "Dipping Sauce" of sriracha.Ordering at Ninja Grill involves filling out a large "bookmark-shaped" card on which you mark your choices [there are five different categories of choices when ordering a Hibachi Bowl] and then handing that card to the person behind the ordering counter. The many choices appear on the website -- and on the "ordering card" -- but not on the illuminated menu above the ordering counter because there are so many choices and there is not sufficient space on the illuminated menu to display that many words. While waiting for my Hibachi Bowl to be completed, I had particularly enjoyed looking at the large illuminated "Ninja Grill" sign above the ordering counter. It had also been great fun to be able to look out a window in the east wall of Ninja Grill and to be able to see -- through that window -- the sign of the now-closed "Wings on Lane" restaurant immediately to the east.My Hibachi Bowl had been served in a large plastic container that I ended up taking home with me because I am certain that I will be able to use that container again in the future. If you are in the "University District" neighborhood of Columbus and are looking for a delicious and large Hibachi Bowl, I strongly recommend Ninja Grill.

Best place on campus to get great tasting protein and veg, at prices comparable to Chipotle. Really clean and always fast service.

I feel bamboozled! I read the reviews and expected much more. The steak was tough, everything else tasted pre-made. Worst “hibachi” I’ve ever had. Do not recommend

Just ordered from this plaza for the first time from Grub Hub. It was great! I thought it was a little expensive for campus, but the portions were large to make up for the price. Food was excellent! I loved being able to customize everything.
