Most of the items on the menu are delicious, and you can find some gluten free and vegetarian options. The Pad Thai is a favorite of ours, but the pasta is pretty good too (meatballs were not very good IMO). Rice Krispie wedge for dessert feeds two.

Noodles always knocks it out of the park - a rarity for a fast food restaurant these days

Food is good. They just dont fill your food up all the way. You don't really get what you pay for. I would rate a 5 if you got more.

Gender neutral bathrooms was also a negative. Why not just call it a family restroom?

This location isn't really the issue as much as the food in general being crap. Had to make this review when I noticed that Domino's literally has better cooked noodles and the Mac and cheese is significantly better

Get the steak stroganoff while it's available..ur welcome in advance

Got the steak stroganoff for the first time, probably the worst pasta I’ve ever had. All of the noodles were chewy and stuck together. They’d get stuck in my teeth as I chewed. I think the pasta itself has potential but they need to learn to cook noodles correctly

Always consistent and it costs less than a big Mac combo. The buttered noodles with Parmesan crusted chicken is my go to dish.

I absolutely love this location it is the best in Columbus! It is always a quiet nice experience not too crowded. The food is always good no matter what you order. The prices of protein add ones are a bit steep but over all very good value! Been eating here for almost a decade just never left a review!

I regularly order online for pickup at this location. They have never made an order wrong and it has always been ready on time.

The most recent time I picked up my food, I had a couple of questions about the menu and the employees were really helpful in letting me know about corporate changes to the menu and what to expect with some of the new dishes that had come out.

My experience here has been that employees are typically friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

The location does suck to get into right now because of construction, but they do have a decent little iparking lot in which I have never not been able to find a space to park.

Noodles is always good with various types of noodle, pasta, and salad. I really like their pad Thai, Korean noodles, buffalo chicken Mac. This place is clean. Their service is always fast. It is convenient to order through their app. WiFi is available.

I originally Uber eats it and I thought that they messed up my order, but after I ate the noodles and chicken. I went to throw away the bag, then I realized my sauce wasn’t missing and they didn’t mess up it was my goof. They did amazing!

It’s so sad the quality of noodles and co has withered so. It’s doesn’t hold a candle to its former self I remember ~8-10 years ago. The penne Rosa with crusted chicken used to be such an amazing dish. The one I had recently tasted watered down, like there was hardly any sauce, lacking in salt, and the noodles soggy. The Korean meatballs tasted like frozen turkey meatballs from a bag with a sweet sauce on them. The huge Rice Krispie treat I remember getting in the past is now a fraction of the size and the one I received was stale. The sticks of cheesy bread themselves were quite good but the Mariana watery, lacking in flavor, understated. Considering the current pricing it was especially disappointing.

So sad how far down this location has gone. Been coming weekly for lunch for over 2 years and it has just hone from bad to worst. Cashier us beyond rude and acts like you are putting her out, food is cold and just not good. Need to find a better option for lunch.

Noodles cooked perfectly Al Dente in the Pad Thai, three Mac n Cheese, and every dish I've ever had from them. Service always super duper friendly, almost perfect score from me, and I have very realistic expectations!
