Had Nodles cater my daughter's wedding. Their website says each what they call "feed the many" serves 15-20 people, so i ordered 5 of these to feed 125.people. Caterimg told me each pan of pasta comes with 25 breadsticks and 1 large bowl of salad, so this should have been 50 pieces of garlic bread and 2 large salad bowls per "feed the many", plus I ordered 2 extra pans of pasta, because i was eorried about runnng out, and per my conversation with the hmgeneral manager Kat, i should not order more bread or salad per the because I was going to have "so much". Right! We got 25 breadsticks and 1 large salad for every 2 pans of pasta, so instead of getting 300 pieces of bread and 10 bowls of salad, i got 125 pieces of breqd and 5 salads, along with what were 5 tomy takeout comtainrrs of dressingnwhich ran out after Bout 20 people. We ran out of bread and salad half way through serving (we ended up serving 113 people by the way necause 12 didnt shoe up), and we were giving tiny portions of pasta to not run out of that. So ridiculous and embarrassing. The next day I reached out to Noodles and was contacted by the district manager, Brent, from what i described he made it see like i did not get what i paid for, but then he daid i had to talk.to the general manager Kat, I was told by her we got what we paid for and that what caterimg told me about the bread and salad was incorrect. So essentially by what we received, the food I paid to feed 125 people was really only enough for about 60 people. The general manager Kat said she couldn't give me money back since supposedly I received what I paid for, but that she'd send me some free bowls of pasta to amke up for my dissatisfaction - got them today - 2 whole free bowls. Wow! Not sure how that is supposed to make up for anything. I also had a bad experience with the Sun Praiire restaurant after the wedding, Yes, I went back even after all that we dealt with with the wedding. We ordered online, we showed up to grab our food and found someone took our order before we got there, they did remake our food, but when we got home, we found out NONE of our pad thais had ANY sauce. Just plain noodles with a couple eggs and onions. Absolutely disgusting. I reached out again. Had to complain twice to get any reaponse and their response was - it is not our fault your food got taken and they remade it for you. Yea, with NO SAUCE! I got no resolution. I can't believe the lack of customer service - absolutely ridiculous. Very, very disappointed in this company.

The pad tai with shrimp was great! We dined in, but we still got our food in what seems to be to-go containers. Not a huge deal. There was no line, so our food was ready relatively quickly. My friend also got a giant rice crispy treat, which was awesome!

I ordered a salad from this location and the lettuce was slimy and brown, making my $12 salad inedible. I called to let them know and the manager told me “I can assure you it wasn’t like that when we served it.” Last time I checked lettuce doesn’t wilt on my 6 minute drive home. Zero customer service or apologies. I will not be back.

I ordered a dish with chicken. I would've been able to fit ALL of the chicken on my fork at the same time.If they had put 5x that much chicken on it, I still would have been unimpressed but also happy enough that I wouldn't be writing this review.5x. That's how far off they are.Your $13 dish would be a bad deal at $4.95
