Someone ordered the wrong food they took the food from their bag and put it in our bag and the customer had already been out the store so watch your food because if food is returned they give it to you and they laugh they think it's funny I'll show you their picture so gross ?

This location has amazing customer service. I ordered a dish that didn’t taste right so I asked one the workers if I could get something else and she was extremely kind as well as understanding and went out of her way to help. I didn’t catch her name but she was a young blonde lady in an all black outfit with great eyelashes. She deserves a raise!!!

I have an interesting relationship with "zoodles" I decided to give this zucchini pasta alternate another shot with the crispy parmesan chicken. The small bowl was the perfect size. The storefront was very modern in styling with loft seating to add more space. The staff took orders efficiently and brought everything out quickly.

Great food, just one problem. I'm not sure if this is Grubhub's or the restaurant's fault but I ordered something from here off of Grubhub yet it directed it to another Noodles & Company in Columbus, which made me very upset. The cashier also mistook me for a woman despite my name? That just caught me off guard a little. Otherwise great place, just had a hiccup there.

Missing items and wrong items in the order after ordering delivery through the app. Ordered a small Pesto Cavatapi with no veggies and was given a large with veggies. Also ordered a side Mac and cheese which was missing. There were two drinks ordered, a regular minute maid lemonade and a large Dr pepper. Neither were in our order, and the drink we did receive was a regular coke. There was no slip/receipt on the bag, so there is no proof of employees checking the accuracy of the order. Overall, the entire order was wrong, and usually, my experiences with noodles and company are excellent, so i am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.
