We stopped in to order supper for my family after waiting I was advised they ran out of rice noodles, so I told them I would be back in 30 minutes. Upon my return my order was ready I picked it up and came home. We open the meals and the noodles are still uncooked, the rice noodles are under cooked with stiff cores. I called the store to complain after waiting for 15 minutes on hold they take my email address. Below is they response absolute horrible. This is Aiden, I am one of the shift managers at this location. After speaking with my General Manager, Kailey Bickle, I do regret to inform you that I am unable to issue a refund as the order was placed in house. I do sincerely apologize for the confusion I may have caused and the quality of the food you had received. We strive every day to make dish with care but as humans we do make mistakes. Now due to our inconvenience, I would love to send you 5 free bowl cards on our behalf to use on your next in-house purchase. If you'd be okay with leaving your address in this email thread, I can get them mailed to you as soon as humanly possible. It was my first visit here. The server at the counter was very pleasant and offered recommendations.? I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine with extra shrimp, a snicker doodle cookie and a couple of Gold Peak Green Teas. My entree was ok, nothing spectacular but the portion was quite skimpy and tiny for what I paid ($17.50)for considering I paid for an extra helping of shrimp. The snicker doodle was great and so was the service. The restaurant was very clean. I’m not sure that I enjoyed my experience enough to warrant a return visit considering that there are so many other options nearby.

I was not greeted the entire time when picking up the order. Portions are good. Steak is really good in the Stroganoff, but the noodles are so dry. Mac and Cheese is inedible due to the dryness of the noodles. I did find minimal cheese in it.I wonder what this would look like before they added 50% more cheese.

Aiden was wonderful! He made recommendations for dishes he enjoyed, which I ended up trying one. The chicken parmesan hit the spot on my way through Columbus. Food came out quickly and hot. Highly recommend!

This place has very well labeled vegetarian options which is always a plus. I enjoyed the small portion size which is great for not over eating and not having leftovers since we were on the road. I liked my dish, the garlic cream zoodles, but my partners Japanese pan noodles were very bland and disappointing. Prices are alright for the smaller portions you get, I won’t complain. We also enjoyed a coke de Mexico which is not so different from normal coke but in my opinion better than normal coke.
