I have never been to noodles and company so a friend and I tried it. The staff was very friendly but the restaurant itself was not clean sadly, and the food was not good. I'll keep it short, the restrooms were unkept & filthy to the point where I opened one door, looked in, closed the door, then tried the other restroom & decided to just wait until I got home. We ordered our food for dine in, got a table & sat down to wait. Even though we were the only two people in the restaurant at the time, my friend order took ten minutes, then I was told that they were still working on my order, even though we ordered at the same time. I waited & was excited when my food came. I got the spicy Korean noodles, they were spicy but cold. The food I waited 15 minutes for wasn't even room temperature to the taste. I debated taking it home to warm it up in the microwave but ended up throwing it away. I won't be back.

On 04/05/25 Saturday evening I placed my ordered online for a bowl of Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo price $12.95 and a bowl of Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine price $12.95 the noodles was stuck together which means then did put enough oil in the water to keep the noodles from sticking both meals were cold. My order was just sitting on the ordered on-line counter no one there to check to make sure that I was the right person to pickup the meals. No did I get a notification that my order was ready. No one never acknowledged me. They lost my business. Noodles Company on Gemini place.

The food was absolutely delicious. Although I ordered my food to-go I sat in the restaurant to enjoy my soup while it was hot. The chicken noodle soup was delicious. The temperature was hot and the soup was flavorful without being salty. The portion was big and a good value for the price. The salad was TERRIFIC. I had the Raspberry Poppy Seed Pecan Salad. Again great value for the huge bowl. I live a colorful salad and this was definitely colorful with the mandarins, pecans, pickled red onions, cucumbers, feta, etc. Before adding the dressing I tried the salad and it was very good with the honey drizzle on top. I added the dressing and it was also very good. You can't go wrong with or without tge dressing. Lastly the customer was great. Aiden took my order and he was very pleasant and patient as I reviewed the menu. He was also helpful with my selections. All around great experience, very good food and customer service at this location.

We stopped in to order supper for my family after waiting I was advised they ran out of rice noodles, so I told them I would be back in 30 minutes. Upon my return my order was ready I picked it up and came home. We open the meals and the noodles are still uncooked, the rice noodles are under cooked with stiff cores. I called the store to complain after waiting for 15 minutes on hold they take my email address. Below is they response absolute horrible. This is Aiden, I am one of the shift managers at this location. After speaking with my General Manager, Kailey Bickle, I do regret to inform you that I am unable to issue a refund as the order was placed in house. I do sincerely apologize for the confusion I may have caused and the quality of the food you had received. We strive every day to make dish with care but as humans we do make mistakes. Now due to our inconvenience, I would love to send you 5 free bowl cards on our behalf to use on your next in-house purchase. It was my first visit here. The server at the counter was very pleasant and offered recommendations.? I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine with extra shrimp, a snicker doodle cookie and a couple of Gold Peak Green Teas. My entree was ok, nothing spectacular but the portion was quite skimpy and tiny for what I paid ($17.50)for considering I paid for an extra helping of shrimp. The snicker doodle was great and so was the service. The restaurant was very clean. I’m not sure that I enjoyed my experience enough to warrant a return visit considering that there are so many other options nearby.
