I went here 2 Days apart I was so pleased day 2 I went back and ordered the same thing and I ordered the parmesan chicken just to try. When I got home my original order of stuffed Gouda tortellini looked ABSOLUTELY nothing like the meal I ordered two days earlier. I took it back to the store to ask why I didn't have chicken in this one to be told it's in the shells. Fortunately I had a pic of the one from 2days earlier clearly with chicken in it but okay after paying for chicken I didn't get my food made properly I got a small container of diced chicken to pour on top on what's now my cold noodles. So I guess it depends on who's working that determines what type of food and customer service you receive.

It just goes to show you why you stopped eating somewhere. We used to religiously eat at this establishment and we stopped going and haven’t been back in two or three years. I had been craving the Japanese pan noodles and suggested we give it a try again. I looked up the menu and saw they added a couple of new items since the last time we had eaten there. I ordered online an old favorite, the penne rosa, which now they’re charging you $1.25 for extra rosa sauce when they don't put enough on in the first place. I initially ordered a regular-sized chicken Caesar salad with no chicken which didn't change the price at all. $7.00 for salad and croutons with no protein?? Outrageous. Instead, I ordered a regular-sized Caesar. Thank God, I didn't waste money on a big-sized salad. The lettuce was horrible. It was sopping wet and the darker lettuce was brown and rotten. How do you even serve that to someone? Even the cilantro on top of the Japanese pan noodles was brown and rotten. The one thing I will say is I was taken aback by the price of one meal at first but they do give you a lot of food for the price. Other than that, I will not be eating at this place again

Food is usually good. Service is good. However, the cleanliness of the eating area is VERY poor. In addition, the person that took my Oder was wearing a filthy hoodie. I very nearly walked out. Please fix this problem as I like coming here.

I have never had trouble ording from here but tonight had to wait in the store for a half hour for an incomplete order. Had to go back, not a single apology from staff. What waste of my time.

My f food was lukewarm my dumplings were cold my friend ordered food at the same time as I did and they didn't have her cheesy bread so they took her order back and she waited for like a half hour and I told her it was due to them not having enough staff members we ordered our food at 5:22 and she did not get her food until 6 and I was already done with mine and hers was piping-hot when she got hers mine should have been piping-hot as well but it was not we both like the noodle company but we will not be returning to that specific restaurant many people were upset and left and got refunds and it was just not a very good visit to dine-in the food was good but it took a very long time for her to get her meal and she had to go up to the register to say something about it before they even acknowledged that they hadn't served her

July the 4th allowed me to find one of the few establishments in the area open for dining. Excellent Noodles and Co. . I was passing through town. Acknowledgment with high praise must be noted for employee Kyle. He was extraordinary not only for working on a holiday but for being a one-man show. He was taking the orders, making the food, conducting the prep, assembling take out orders, bringing the food to the tables for grateful patrons dining inside. I asked if he had any other help and he said there was another employee. I only saw her once when she emerged from behind the kitchen on her cell phone. I told him just to do everything one step at a time and do not get rattled. Kyle was working at an extremely fast pace which says a lot about him because he wanted to provide exemplary service. When he brought my food he thanked me for my kind words. Yet it is only he who needs thanked. This experience led me to thinking about the holiday and I am happy to say that it is people like Kyle who the forefathers and foremothers of this country laid the foundation for us to be the most sought after desired country in the world in which to live. I hope we get back to that. Thank you Kyle. Oh and the penne Rosa was delicious.
