We went to a new Dominican restaurant called @Nook the creative space 1014 Parsons Ave,they have a lot for off Street parking lot.
Now absolutely everything was delicious Abuela (Grandma) was in the Kitchen working up magical dishes,I ordered pastelitos (empanadas) with a tasty dipping sauce and a side of Yuca fries,I honestly thought I was in the Dominican Republic again or back home in New York flavor was out of this world. The wife had stew chicken white rice Habichuelas rojas (Stewed beans) It also came with a side salad and a few slices of avocados, she ordered a side of fried plantains and salami and the rice pudding that she took home for dessert.I tell you no lie the food was so amazing I ordered the main two entrees to take home for dinner tonight or tomorrow so the wife won't have to cook. They also had fresh squeezed juices I got passion fruit and the wife got a lemonade that she mixed with some of my passion fruit because of natural juices tend to be really sweet and they offered us soursop shots... overall everything from the food to the customer service was a 10 out of 10 and they also have presidente beer 😁😁

Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Dominican flavors.

I went today for breakfast. It’s a large restaurant with plenty of spacious tables and Wi-Fi. I had my computer out and was working while I ate. The chef is Dominican and clearly knows what she’s doing in the kitchen. As a fellow Dominican and Puerto Rican, I can say the food is amazing. I had ā€œThe 3 Hitsā€ in Spanish, ā€œLos Tres Golpes.ā€ I felt back at home tasting the flavors of my country. The portion was large; it was savory and hearty, the mangĆŗ was velvety and delicious, and the avocado was wonderfully fresh. I’m so glad this restaurant is located in downtown Columbus. No need to travel to the Dominican Republic to enjoy a taste of the island.

Stopped in on my lunch break and I was very pleased. The staff member who helped me was attentive and knowledgeable about each dish. The food was fresh and tasty and the passion fruit juice was delicious! The juice was a little too sweet but once I diluted it with some water it was perfect. Whether you’re looking for a space to get work done, eat or both this is it!

We had a great experience coming in for a work meeting and we ended up getting lunch. The rice soup was incredible, absolutely delicious and perfect for a cold fall day. I cannot wait to return and support the awesome folks that run Noon.

Our girls love to find new places to work and eat together. Nook was clean and peaceful to work from when we visited. Also, the Bagel and Burrito were so good. We will be back for another monthly meetup soon!

The Nook is just a mile from Nationwide Children’s Hospital and two miles from downtown. Great spot to grab a quick bite, ideal for casual lunch meetups or working through the afternoon.
