The service was absolutely horrible. Just lines of food with no type of order to let people know what item is theirs. So a line will form of about 10 people who are all confused not knowing what item they purchased. Skip this place the food was completely bland. No flavor at all. If I could get this place is zero I would. And when I asked for water, they acted as if That was a huge inconvenience.

They always stand at the Polaris dining hall and give free teriyaki chicken samples. But its chicken tasted mediocre with too much oil. They only had one side which was bland fixed vegetables. Their size was good but its price was a little high.

This place is fantastic for ramen. I can't speak for their chicken, but every time I've had ramen here, I've been blown away. It is definitely one of the best restaurants at this mall and one of my favourite ramen places! They've been rising prices as time goes on, so it has been getting pricey but still very good!

Very disrespectful I ask this men to put rice he only put noodles, idk why this people are so stingy with they food I payed for my rice and my noodles why would you only put noodles? I’m so sick and tired of the behavior and attitude I need my refund terrible place china work is way better I see this is the second time this happened I should of checked my food before leaving this time .

Don't come here unless you want to eat food from people who don't care about food safety and don't know how to make things right when they screw up. I asked for teriyaki chicken and they served me teriyaki shrimp. I do not eat shrimp. Their solution? They picked the shrimps off the food leaving little bits behind and just dumped some chicken on top. Never eating here again.

This hidden gem is great if you are looking for some Japanese comfort food. I have been coming to Nori Japan for many years, and they have been consistently tasty. It is located in the middle of the mall so the atmosphere isn't that great. They have different plate combinations, with freshly made Teriyaki chicken, shrimp, and beef, as well as some food in well warmers. The portions are always overfilled and hot. For the more frequent customers, they have a punch card with a free meal on the tenth purchase. One warning to note is that they will ask what kind of side you want, without noting a surcharge for certain sides. Recently, they added boba tea and ramen, which I am still waiting to try.
The portions are not consistent. They half the original portion just to make it like they are giving you double portions. There was a stark contrast between the customers portions in front of us who didn't order double portions and our order. We will not be back as their orders are not consistent .
