Do not stay here the ladies at the front desk are really rude

They stole my deposit when I paid with a card and told me 3 times they'd refund it and then I'm pretty sure blocked my number. Either that or they just never answer the phone. It's been a month. Rooms are what u pay for though - some are very nice . Would recommend especially for location and price but pay definitely cash with I guess ?

Safety: One time I got a room with a broke lock so there's that

Walkability: There's a gas station next door

Food and drinks: The coffee creamer they use is amazing idk what it is about it but it's 10/10

Noteworthy details: They don't stock towels in the rooms so ask for them when u check-in. Pay with cash or you might not get your deposit back.

Carpets were wet. Room smelled horrible. There was no trashcan. Thankfully I had my own pillows as there wasn't enough pillows for us. There was no way to take a bath the shower sucked. No ice bucket, no chair to sit in,had a broken coffee pot but no way to make coffee in it. Couldn't watch TV as the picture kept cutting out. Booked online through priceline because it was cheap. Was asked to pay a $100 deposit that I was not informed about when booking the room. Thankfully the manager waved it because this room definitely wasn't worth the money. The blow dryer didn't work. Found roaches crawling around.One of the worst hotel stays ever. Not even worth the $60 i paid for the room. Definitely getting a different place the next time I have to stay in Columbus.

Regardless of the area this hotel had adequate room and attention to cleanliness...police sweeps every day for safety, cameras for security, 24 hours customer service, I'm satisfied.

Rooms: I had a one bed scheduled first due to a user error( dyslexia 🤗) but they were kind enough to move my brother and a two bed room... It's much more spacious...and I'm very grateful

This hotel was very dirty! I do not recommend it. Their non-smoking room smells like smoke. Dirty carpet and very poorly maintained there were dust all over the table and bed. I had to clean up myself. It was a tough one to stay in. I reserved it for 3 days and left it on the second day. Nonetheless, if you're passing through with no way out, then by all means, please do stay....However, the receptionist, Saiah, was very kind and polite. Great personality. The 4 stars are his.

On a tight budget , manager was Happy to work with me and waved the deposit and discount that fit the budget. Prior to this experience was horrible trying to deal with most hotels . They are mostly after your money and have no people skills but Norwood has gave me a little hope.

The property looks way better than the other reviews in Google. We visited this hotel last weekend for two rooms and the rooms are clean and good. Some here and there issues were there but overall it's a good experience, had a food time staying in there. Staff were very friendly and helped with my needs. Can recommend to stay!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I have been trying to speak to a manager for two days now. Front desk lady says “he is too busy” to speak to me and that he would just respond to me the same way she is. Unacceptable behaviour, unprofessional. Also hung up on me while speaking.

Sent an email two days ago with a follow up and still no response. Save yourself the headache and book with one of the many other hotels in this area.

I booked a reservation, tried to call the hotel and to tell them I'd be checking in late. Couldn't get a hold of them. Turns out their phones were down. So I show up, find out my reservation's been cancelled, and have to book somewhere else. Turns out a guest got their window smashed in.
Unaccommodating, unsafe, wouldn't recommend.

It's excellent for $33 per night.

I stayed at this hotel on 09/20/24 and this is the 5th time i am stayed at this hotel. I always feel comfortable and safe to stay. But the good part is everytime when i visit there is a betterment in their maintenance like cleaning or service. Last time was a complete satisfactory stay. Staff were very friendly. Gonna visit very soon.
