Ordered bundtinis to be delivered to my son in college at OSU for his birthday. When the delivery arrived the bundtinis were a total mess so I called the location in Upper Arlington to notify them. The manager was very apologetic and said we will get your ordered re-delivered. Not only did she have them re- delivered quickly, but she put a hand written note in there for him apologizing and wishing him a Happy Birthday, as well as a couple extra. Not only did she fix the issue but she filled my momma heart as well. Thats what you call service. Thank you so much!

The customer service was horrible. Came in with my daughter it was our first time visiting told them that they said nothing to me. People came in after us were given a whole explanation about the product and when it was my turn the person behind the counter turned and went in the back. After which the other person said I will help you I told her no thank you and left.

Ordered these for an anniversary party. Was expecting a little bigger "cupcakes" for the price and a fresher way to store them. Girl at the counter seemed awkward. They were good but not for the price and size and service.

Wish I still lived in Ohio cause in Atlanta the bakeries never do and I’ve gotten turned away in ATL when I’ve shown your coupon for the bday reward or the BOGO for the UA location. My parents bought the gluten free chocolate chip cake to me for my birthday. It traveled 3 hours in a car! It was perfect. The customer service was wonderful and the taste was even better! Thank you for making a product that tastes just as good as any “regular” cake, before going gluten-free.
Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac Disease and have to eat gluten free foods. My cake was delicious and everyone enjoyed it.
