We ordered and paid online so we just stopped in to pick our order up. We ordered just 30-40 minutes before we needed them. The location was east to find. When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and friendly employees! They had our order ready to go. It was fast and friendly and super easy. We got three different Bundt cakes to make everyone happy. We chose lemon, confetti and chocolate chip. Every one of them was absolutely perfect! We will be back for our next family birthday bash!
Came In minutes before closing and judy was so sweet to me and helpful definitely recommend the customer service made it that much

All of the icing is cream cheese and everything has icing. They said you can get a bundt without icing but what's the point. So we left without buying anything.Maybe consider using buttercream and/or glaze on a few of them. I can't be the only one that doesn't like cream cheese.NOTE: After calling my closest bakery, as recommended, there really aren't any additional icing/frosting options. Your choices are to have the cream cheese frosting "drizzled, lighty drizzled, extra frosting or none". So there really isn't a tradition glaze or any other option that doesn't contain cream cheese. It's sort of misleading, in my opinion. And that's for the 8"and 10" bundt cakes.It is what it is, but let's not be misleading!

Picked up a special order take this past weekend for a family get together. This location somehow allowed my cake to collapse and sold it to me anyway. I don’t know if they didn’t keep it chilled like they were supposed to or if something else happened but I’ve never felt more taken advantage of. Check every detail of your cake before you leave this place.
Good cakes, bad service, and no spoons or forks to eat...do better here!

Delicious bunt cakes, Had to buy a dozen of the tinis so we could try all the flavors since it was our first visit. Soo yummy and the associates were so nice. Can't wait to visit again.

I came into this bakery because my principal gave us coupons for teacher's appreciation week from this location. Every teacher got two coupons each. I walked up to the counter and presented the coupons for two free cupcakes on June 30. This white lady snapped my head off in an accusatory fashion as if I stole the coupons. She asked me where did I get the coupons and I said Columbus City School District and she said they had no affiliations with CCS and she didn't understand how I got these coupons! She snatched them from me, handed me the cakes, and she ripped up the coupons before me as if I would use them again. I guess she is the franchisee of this store---I guess?Let me say this, who do you think you are to speak down to me, a black woman in her 50s who came to just simply cash in on what was given to me? Why would you do such a thing over flour, eggs, and sugar? I'm a great baker myself and didn't need to steal your establishment! The way you spoke to me I wouldn't speak to an animal like you spoke to me. First and foremost, someone or an organization had to pay for those coupons. They weren't free. How dare you? I will never visit another "Nothing But Cakes" establishment ever again because I don't have to. I am also going to contact the National Office. Lady, you were foaming at the mouth for no reason whatsoever besides the fact that I was black. Oh yeah, I hope you didn't fire the sweet little black girl you are using for a token on your front counter. What a mess!!!
