A Puerto Rican restaurant in the middle of the American Midwest has no business making a NY style pie or a caribbean jerk chicken pasta THIS good. Yet, here we are.

I had all but given up on finding authentic Puerto Rican food in Columbus, until my wife
stumbled upon this place. We tried it out on a whim and were blown away. We both got the Pernil with tostones and maduros, and everything was delicious.
As a Nuyorican, I can tell you that this food tastes just like home. Highly recommended!

First time trying food from this location and it was delicious. They give you a massive portion that can easily feed two people. The mofongo was delicious full of authentic Puerto Rican flavor. My only complaint would be maybe less rice and offer a small salad instead of double rice. Also, a gravy for the mofongo would’ve been great because it was a little bit dry. Overall great experience and would definitely come back for more!Keep up the great work!

They admit their website doesn’t work and sometimes loses orders. We arrived on time, but it took them 10 min before they confirmed our order disappeared, and then another 20 to make the food. So an extra 1/2 hour sitting in a dumpy waiting-area. Food is a 4/5 if you do get your order though.Edit: I’m disappointed with their response below. They’re saying that they’re only likely to lose orders when they’re most busy (i.e. when you’re most likely to order from them). But their website “works”?

Disappointed fellow New Yorker here I went to give this place a try …. Found out it wasn’t your average restaurant…. It’s like if your door dashing and wait in a lobby with other ppl complaining about the wait …. Tried to order thru a kiosk and the menu wasn’t even pulling up …. While we waited to have an employee get someone we left because a fight almost broke out …. There’s barely any noticeable signs to even indicate they are in the same building as other restaurants

Very authentic rice & pastelillos. Good portion size of rice too. Highly recommend if you’re craving that traditional PR food and flavors. Will be back to try the mofongo soon. Thank you!

I absolutely love NY Style Pizza, and this spot is dead on. Until now Sbarros was as close as it got, but this spot took me back to Brooklyn. Customer service was great, pick up time dead on no wait and food was A1. Will definitely be going back. I got Pizza, empanadas, and Rellenos Depapas everything was A1 definitely a hidden gem.

I'm Visiting from Charlotte NC, stumbled upon this restaurant online ,pictures looked great. I ordered an empanada,I bit into it and had to spit it out ,it was so cold on the inside, my husband ordered his food it was lukewarm ,the only thing hot was the meduras/ plantains. We waited so long for cold food! Food was supposed to be done at 4:00 ,we still had to wait an extra 30 mins for cold food minus the plantains. The plantains were good though. Overall the food was a disappointment .

Everything we had was delicious! Columbus isn’t the best town for a NY style pizza, but ours were amazing. The empanadas were filled nicely and the chimichurri was delicious and fresh!
