This review is strictly about service.If you enjoy being treated poorly, then you're in the right place.The waitress in the picture appeared to be more accustomed to working with animals than humans. When I asked for a drink, she rudely instructed me to WAIT. It takes but a moment to take the order, smile, and politely inform me it will take a little while because she needs to finish something else.I contacted the manager, Brylen, and relayed my experience with his employee. I explained that her service was far from satisfactory. Instead of addressing the issue, he accused me of being rude to the hostess. I merely asked for a booth and was seated without issue, so this accusation was unfounded. It's disheartening that the manager chose to flip the situation and blame me. It felt as if he was putting words in my mouth, accusing me of being the rude one. He then offered complimentary desserts as a peace offering. However, I declined, as my concerns were not about seeking freebies; I can afford my orders. My primary issue was with the lack of respect and professionalism but apparently a change needs to come starting with the management.Beware!

I forgot to post after I had dinner at OH , but anyway I had the Fish and Chips and my goodness it was great !! I definitely recommend everyone to go to Oh and try anything from their menu but the Fish and Chips was my favorite !!

I ordered the ribeye mashed potatoes and green beans food was cold service was very slow wait approximately 20 minutes to get my check, I've had better service and better food from this location

A staff at this place charged my card and gave themselves a $700 tip! I am pressing charges I will never go to this place again ever and I advice if you do go to the oh lounge use cash not a card!!!!!!

Poor customer service! Upon arrival, we weren't greeted by the person at the front counter! We were standing right in front of her! She never said a word! Another worker came over and seated us!! Overrated! Food was basic, but edible..

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. Knowing service at restaurants in general can be hit or miss these days, I didn’t expect too much. However the service was great, and the food (burger and German special) was great. A pleasant surprise all around.

So I literally work at this casino and they refused to sell me food not because I did anything wrong but literally because they didn't want to.

Stopped here on Saturday for the crab boil. Server was very pleasant and came right over to take our order. We each ordered the crab boil with mud bugs. Tons of food with a nice spicy broth. So good and so messy. Be sure to stop by and try this special. This place sits inside Hollywood casino.

Stopped in over valentine's day weekend for the 3 course special. Seafood bisque, salmon oscar style with asparagus, and a raspberry tart with ice cream. All was WONDERFUL. We took the tart home as the soup was very filling. Kasi was extremely friendly and took great care of us.
