The food was great, but the staff was even better! Kelcie made sure we were set the entire time. She made us feel so welcome and we had a great time! I would go back just for the staff!

I accidentally ordered my food from the app at a city not near the one I arrived to. Miranda was extremely helpful in calling the other location to get me reimbursed and was able to timely get my order ready at this location. I appreciated the friendly and helpful service I received. Thanks again!Gave the food a 3 star only because the loaded nachos were very plain with few toppings.

I've started going here more often after not going for awhile. The booth sears are very comfortable and inviting. Servers always attentive and been trying a lot of different foods last few months. Louisiana sirloin good today. They always give warm rolls and butter. Great environments and comfort food. They have good promotions for reward club and gift card discounts sometimes

Ordered delivery, 2 entrees, only got 3 rolls & they are hard. Smashed taters, 1 white as should be, 1 brownish (not eating) IMO an entree should have at least 2 rolls & both cups of taters should be white.

My wife and I went there for my birthday dinner,It was great! They even gave me a free dessert:) it was so good that we went back the next day and had the same thing!

I am getting to the point to where I’m about ready to stop going to some restaurants and O’Charley’s would be the first one on the list. I’ve went to a couple other ones and they are all the same. For the price you pay you would think you would get better quality. The portion size wasn’t bad but I had more breading on my chicken tenders than I had chicken. My niece and her husband had the salmon and fruit bowl and the buttery smash burger and they said both plates were ok but probably wouldn’t order them again. The restaurant was clean and the waitress we had was very nice however if you want to eat in a place that felt like a freezer because of air condition this location is your place. Our rolls they brought to the table had to be eaten immediately or they got cold. I gave them 3 stars because of the cleanliness, our waitress and our food came to our table in a timely manner.

Large group for a mini family reunion. My car traveled almost 2 hours to get to this location. They were very accommodating for our large group of about 20 people. We met at 2pm. Our server was Brandy and she was AMAZING!! The food was great and exactly as ordered, my Sangria was better than what I get at Texas Roadhouse! I loved it!! I ordered the Griiled Salmon Cesar Salad (minus the croutons). Never had it before but I'd definitely order it again. They let us linger for a couple of hours, offering refills, etc. Brandy even stood on chairs and took several photos from different angles so we'd be sure to have at least a few good pictures.. She had her hands full with us and all our cell phones! She's a pro and the place was great all around!

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, server attentive to his needs and interacted well with him.

I don't usually give 5 stars, But my last visit was just all around great. The food, she drinks and definitely the service. I believe our server was Jeri, she was on point and really good with my youngest son, who can be a handfulBut she handled it all well and kept him smiling. Fantastic worker just for the extra, she could have just ignored him like others have before. Will be back, hopefully she is working.

Kid-friendliness: The waitress made it kid friendly for sure.

Hubby and I had dinner after church. He had country style chicken strips, which he found quite tasty. I had the salmon, and we both had asparagus. Our waitress, Abbi, was absolutely fantastic and didn't miss a beat. She stopped by multiple times to make sure dinner was tasty, brought us drink refills, and followed up with our dessert order. The food was delicious, but a word to the cook, our asparagus was tough, possibly old. Wasn't enough to ruin our dining experience though because Abbi well made up for that slight issue. Great service equals happy, return customers!

Koryn was lovely and on top of everything tonight! We were served quickly and she never missed a beat! She even got us a children’s side as an adult side. We will definitely be coming back

Upon our arrival, our waitress Brandi asked us what the occasion was as we had a very large party. We explained it was a funeral and she was very understanding and sympathetic. She went above and beyond and really helped keep the mood light and even joked around with us. She was always there asking if we needed anything, refilling drinks and offering us coffee before we left. She gave us a great experience and even though I don't live in the area, but I'll definitely stop by when I am. Thank you Brandi for your amazing service.

I had such a fun time here! My waiter was Brandi and she is so fun and bubbly!! She is definitely the nicest waiter I've ever had! The food to was delicious and came here fast. I definitely recommend coming here!

If you are looking for a family environment with comfort food then this is the place. I got the seafood combo. I was not a fan of their crab cakes but they were okay. The fish and shrimp were good. I wish the seafood was not placed on top of the fries because it caused the fries to be soggy. My son got a sirloin with a loaded baked potato and he said they were both delicious.
