Waitress was terrible. Everyone had to ask for refill on drinks. One person ordered ribs, no extra napkins brought. Then the waitress said she didn't have change it would take longer to get it. REALLY!!!!! You aren't able to order your burger how you want it cooked, has to be well done. The burger tasted like it was made at home, nothing special. The cheese on it was processed American. Asked for honey mustard for my chicken fingers, didn't get it, had to use my grandma's left over from her salad and then had to ask for more. Never asked if I wanted any condiments for my burger. My husband said the waitress was too busy talking to the kitchen staff.

Celebrating a graduation party of 13. The service was amazing and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Ordered the Seafood Platter & had two cocktails called Long beach, with pineapple no sweet and sour mix. Delicious!

Ordered for curbside pickup and was told my order would be ready at 7:50. I arrived at 7:50 and did exactly what the message said to do which was text here. I waited for 20 minutes and then I finally called the restaurant saying I was there for 20 minutes. It took them another 5 minutes before my food came out and it was cold. The steak was also rare. I do not recommend getting curbside pick up from this location.

OCharleys has been knocking it out of the park for me lately. Yesterday was a new item on the menu called bayou salmon. It might have been the best salmon dish that I’ve ever had. It was a 9 ounce piece of salmon covered in some type of Cajun sauce with shrimp and peppers, and a few other unidentified things. it comes with two side dishes which can be salad baked potato or smashed potatoes any number of things for $22.99. Of course, they are famous for their fresh piping hot rolls.

Went here for dinner with my family and the staff was so welcoming. Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. The food was amazing, the bathrooms were clean (which is important with a toddler and pre k kid) and overall really great experience.Recommend this location to everyone!

Just look at the photo. The chicken fingers (I see why they famous now) they gave me smaller than a McDonald's nugget. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging $13 for 4 tiny tenders. 0 stars for wasting my time and money. Never again!

I have been to O'Charley's all over the Columbus metro area. I've been to this one several times. Usually I have a good experience. This time I went to the bar. The server was woefully inattentive. Initially, she greeted me in a timely manner and took my order. It was downhill from there. She brought my salad and bread. I reminded her that I requested no cheese on my salad (I still had no silverware by the way). She went back to get me another salad. I used my hands to open the bread and spread butter (because I was starving). She came back with a new salad, sans cheese and then went to go chat with another server. I called out to her that I still needed my silverware, which she promptly gave me.While I was eating my meal of fish, shrimp, crab cakes arrived. Not ONCE did that server come and ask me if the meal was fine, or if I needed anything. I'm sitting at the bar, so I see her making drinks and chatting with other servers. She goes several times to a table near the bar with 4 men to see how they are doing and refill their drinks. Piss poor service. A manager was taking in customers and coming to the bar. I asked her if she was the manager (I wanted to make sure) and I told her that my server was very inattentive. She didn't ask any questions to get details, she offered to pay for my meal, but I wasn't looking for a free meal. Which I explained this to her, I just wanted her to know that this server could do a LOT better.

Rob makes this establishment amazing with his uplifting attitude and his ability to go above and beyond for his customers… he truly goes the extra mile. The only time I look to go is when Robert is working. He’s charismatic, very personable, intelligent, funny, and fantastic. He’s very insightful when I am indecisive on anything and everything. I’ve been a patron of this location for 4 years, honestly the reason I have been coming back is mainly the service provided by Robert but also the friendly staff that I come to get to know and love. I would give this establishment 50 stars if I could just because of Robert.

Our visit could have been much better. We arrived at 5:10 p.m and did notd not get our sandwiches (which were good) for over 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and nice. Parking is usually always good. Nice location. We were told that they prioritize "to go" orders over the in-store customers; NOT really acceptable. We were in no hurry but the long wait was not good.As noted on another review, their rolls are always great.

The only thing I order is the California grilled chicken salad. I place the order online and always choose balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing. This is the THIRD time now that I’ve made it home only to have RANCH salad dressing! Tonight, it was beyond disappointing to have my boyfriend pick my order up and have the salad waiting for me after I drove almost seven hours from my home state…this was all I wanted to eat! The restaurant had closed and of course I had nasty ranch dressing again! This is NOT what I am placing my order for. Total waste of money as I can’t even consume dairy. So infuriating. THREE TIMES NOW!

We had a very bad experience several weeks ago. We waited an hour for our food and when it came my father's seafood dinner was all dry and overcooked. My husband and I ordered medium sirloins, and they came well done. We also ordered chips and spinach dip and they said they were out. We sent the steaks back and they came back raw and the quality of meat was extremely poor, we couldn't eat them even once we got it home and cooked them more. Our waitress was the best and very sweet and apologized throughout everything. That part was nice. She said we would get a discount on the meal. We never asked for one. When the check came there was no discount. We told the server that and she said the manager told her there would be one. She took the bill. 15 minutes later a middle-aged female manager came, with an attitude and asked what the problem was. We just said we had some problems with the meal and our waitress thought there would be some discount. She said we don't usually discount steaks that need recooked. (??) Made no sense since they were the ones who messed up the steaks. We just sat there confused by her answer. I just said, well not sure why the waitress said one thing and you are saying another. We were never rude at all with her but she clearly had an attitude from the beginning. Then she said all I can do is give you a 10 dollar coupon. (She was holding it in her hand the whole time but rather than act nice and offer in the beginning she came to the table like she wanted a debate or something. We said ok, that's fine. Sad because we always liked this place and are worried that it has gone down hill. We have out of town family coming in tonight who wants to go there. Thinking we need to go to the Polaris one as we hear they aren't having problems. Hoping it was just a one night thing but doubt it with that manager.

Love the Curbside ordering. It is so nice with being handicapped disabled to have the delicious food brought out to me in my car. The combo with steak, ribs, chicken fingers, asparagus and mashed sweet potatoes was perfectly cooked. Hot and yummy. Smells great...mmmmm. The online ordering was simple and efficient. Thanks.

Rolls were great as usual. I got Fish and Chips. Need to change the Frying Oil. Came out looking terrible. I did not eat the breading to done! Had not been there since Covid hit! Will not be there for another long time! Waitress was very nice and courteous. Four of us ate there. Nobody really happy! Another place off our to eat restaurant!! Not the Restaurant you use to be!
