O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I order my usual fish and chips and always good food. But, the best thing was the great service I got. When, I think good customer service died with the dinosaurs, someone shows me that there are still excellent waiters and waitresses out there.

We went in to celebrate our 13th anniversary of our first date. We asked if we could set in the same booth. They let us and we had great service from our server Brittany. She made it a fun and wonderful experience. And dessert was on them! Thank you O’Charley’s for a great trip down memory lane!!

It was my first time in this O’Charley’s location. The highlight is the staff, they were very polite and attentive. We had lunch, my husband got the chicken tenders and I got the chicken Alfredo pasta. Both were very tasty and good size portion. I recommend this location.

Our waitress Keke was phenomenal. She suggested the chicken and pineapple bowl for me and chicken wrap for my husband which were both great. Her spirit and kindness were so wonderful. This will make me a return customer! John and Yvonne

Came in around 8pm 10/22/22. Ordered the ribs, steak,and chicken. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. I ordered a well done steak. Something that rarely happens for me is the steak was PERFECT. Well done and super tender. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Did the Wednesday $10 meal special. Server was excellent. Drinks refilled and additional rolls. Food was good. Only complaint was asparagus was a little woody, end of season?

Parking: Many Handicapped parking spaces.

Nice clean environment with excellent service. Soup and chicken tenders are great. Just don't order a steak. They no longer use a grill and now bake their steaks in an oven. Just ruins them as they are now tough, dry, and a gray color.

It was towards the end of the night and they weren’t busy, we were seated and weren’t approached for some time and I was getting ready to get frustrated but then this very sweet lady who didn’t seem to be a server gladly got us drinks and got our order started. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. Before we left I asked her name, it was Kimberly and she was a bar manager, I thanked her and made sure I got her name for the purpose of this review!

Went there yesterday with my family. Ordered the bone-in ribeye. This thing tasted like it was submerged in ocean water for 24 hours before they put it on the grill. Honestly I have had better steaks at the Waffle House. I took one bite and was immediately disgusted. I guess I should of realized that something was wrong when it’s 6:30 on a Friday night and they aren’t even at half capacity and no wait.

The food was awesome! The waitress was very slowwww. waited 7-8 mins b4 we got waited on. But luckily the food came hot thanks to the kitchen delivered.

Very good waitress, very good food. I had the SC golden bbq chicken sandwich with all of the common toppings and bacon. Side dish of mashed sweet potato... Oh so delicious.

Came here for dinner since they didn't have a wait. The restaurant was clean, but the service was terrible. Waited over 25 min for drinks to be brought out. The server spilled beer all over a member of our group. She said she was getting a replacement, but never did. After more than 20 min, another member of our group went to the bar and got him a new beer. Our meals didn't come for over an hour. The server claimed she got him a replacement drink and even argued with him about it. I cannot rate this establishment any lower or I would. Avoid this location. Perhaps others are better, but I can't recommend this location to anyone in good conscience. The manager comped the check but I'll never return here. I would suggest you look elsewhere to get dinner.

I ordered a Cajun chicken pasta through curbside at o Charley Polaris location (Columbus Ohio) tonight . The portion size is very small. I think the restaurant gave me a lunch portion instead. I talked to the manager Mike. He said that is the correct portion of the dish. I was very disappointed to hear that.If you think that this is a reasonable size for a dinner entree, this is a scam.Besides that, the rolls are as hard as rocks and no utensils were provided. I guess I should eat the pasta with my hands.

I've always loved this restaurant. Our server Keke made it even better. She was on it. Never once had to ask for a refill on our drinks. Everything was cooked exactly as we requested as well. I highly recommend.
