I order my usual fish and chips and always good food. But, the best thing was the great service I got. When, I think good customer service died with the dinosaurs, someone shows me that there are still excellent waiters and waitresses out there.

We went in to celebrate our 13th anniversary of our first date. We asked if we could set in the same booth. They let us and we had great service from our server Brittany. She made it a fun and wonderful experience. And dessert was on them! Thank you O’Charley’s for a great trip down memory lane!!

It was my first time in this O’Charley’s location. The highlight is the staff, they were very polite and attentive. We had lunch, my husband got the chicken tenders and I got the chicken Alfredo pasta. Both were very tasty and good size portion. I recommend this location.

Our waitress Keke was phenomenal. She suggested the chicken and pineapple bowl for me and chicken wrap for my husband which were both great. Her spirit and kindness were so wonderful. This will make me a return customer! John and Yvonne

Came in around 8pm 10/22/22. Ordered the ribs, steak,and chicken. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. I ordered a well done steak. Something that rarely happens for me is the steak was PERFECT. Well done and super tender. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Did the Wednesday $10 meal special. Server was excellent. Drinks refilled and additional rolls. Food was good. Only complaint was asparagus was a little woody, end of season?Parking: Many Handicapped parking spaces.

Awful. Not sure what happened to the spinach dip but it was sweet with no artichokes- AND came AFTER our main courses. I thought the appetizers came after the bread, before the entrees? If you're going to bring appetizers after the food I'd think there would be a bill credit. My daughters Mac n cheese was just Mac. No cheese. The chicken that my son ordered for his kids Alfredo pasta cost more than the pasta and the waitress didn't even mention that. The fries that my other son ordered as his side item came after his food and they were brown. The chicken on my chicken salad was crunchy and over breaded. We waited about an hour for all of this awful food. I was pretty shocked because the food wasn't this bad last time I came - although the service was. But you can bet I will never be back, ew.

about 630 on a Thursday night we ordered carry out. Polaris was not closest to us but the Ocharlies closest to us never answered their carry out line in 40 plus rings.The young lady that picked up the phone was very pleasant , knowledgeable of the menu and helpful. She told me 30 minutes I arrived in 30 minutes , the parking lot was packed so I figured it might be a wait. Nope walked right in, the young lady was there within like 30 seconds, gave her my name withn a minute she was handing me our order. We Got home , the order was completely correct, my sirloin was cooked to perfection, my wifes cedar plank salmon and Asparagus were spot on. I was leary of trying Ocharlies because post covid the one by us has gone to pot. Ill drive 10 minutes more from now on to patronize this store. I gave the girl an $8 tip and she was very appreciative. I told her they got the order because our store didnt answer the phone and she goes woo hoo.... she actually had a personality unlike too many working carry out these days.Way to Go Polaris OCharlies

Nice clean environment with excellent service. Soup and chicken tenders are great. Just don't order a steak. They no longer use a grill and now bake their steaks in an oven. Just ruins them as they are now tough, dry, and a gray color.

It was towards the end of the night and they weren’t busy, we were seated and weren’t approached for some time and I was getting ready to get frustrated but then this very sweet lady who didn’t seem to be a server gladly got us drinks and got our order started. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. Before we left I asked her name, it was Kimberly and she was a bar manager, I thanked her and made sure I got her name for the purpose of this review!
Ordered a medium steak to be delivered. Received a well done steak. Broccoli was soggy and tasteless. Best part of the meal was the salad, since no preparation was necessary.

Went there yesterday with my family. Ordered the bone-in ribeye. This thing tasted like it was submerged in ocean water for 24 hours before they put it on the grill. Honestly I have had better steaks at the Waffle House. I took one bite and was immediately disgusted. I guess I should of realized that something was wrong when it’s 6:30 on a Friday night and they aren’t even at half capacity and no wait.

Very good waitress, very good food. I had the SC golden bbq chicken sandwich with all of the common toppings and bacon. Side dish of mashed sweet potato... Oh so delicious.
