Hey I don’t usually write constructive criticizing reviews, but my wife and I visited this place tonight June 2nd, 2025, around 5 o’clock, and it was just not great unfortunately. I manage a restaurant and we have very high standards which I don’t hold other places to, but I felt like every area of business here was just way under expectations. We arrived and were unsure whether to sit down or not because no one was there to greet us, then we get called over behind the check in desk to order with the lady by the kitchen. When we came over she handed us two menus that had over %50 of the items crossed out, but luckily the pizza was still available. But when looking over the menu she was talking to another employee who was standing right by us about all this drama that sounded to be within the restaurant, and it really gave off a bad first impression to begin with. Then we ordered, and the lady was not hospitable at all(not unfriendly, just no effort to be kind). Then we waited for precisely 31 minutes before getting our small 10” and gf pizza. Also, it was only us dining in there tonight, no one else came in. I got up at 30 minutes to go and ask about our food and that’s when they were about to bring it out, but no apologies or anything, just brought it out and asked us after 31 minutes if we would want some drinks, so we got two waters. Again it could have been a one off, I understand being at work when it’s slow and not wanting to maintain the urgency as if it were busy even just for two guests, but I was very disappointed by tonight’s presentation. Sorry for the long message, I just hope that I can hit on every point I noticed so that hopefully these things are acknowledged and improved upon, thank you.

Never recieved my order. Delivery driver claims he delivered it to front desk, and front desk never recieved it. Also stated they called me but I never got a call.

Says they're open till 2am but apparently they're closed already at 12:23!!! PLEASE update your damn profile especially since I wanted to order a pick up!!! I've been a faithful follower, love the subs and wings!!! Guess I'll take my business elsewhere??

The restaurant was listed as open, girlfriend and I went there after a concert but got told that the restaurant got shut down a couple days prior to health code violations by Hotel staff across the street.

I got terrible food poisoning from the downtown store. I ordered the wings and they smelled like garbage water, like they were intentionally messed with. I wasn't sure what the smell was until I picked up the 2nd wing and got the smell again. Unfortunately I already ate one. threw the rest away and had the worst food poisoning the next day. I've never eaten here since.

This was a mediocre pizza for a premium in pizza price, the server was nice and tried to be helpful and it's in an ok space downtown but it's not memorable pizza.
It’s 11pm and they cut the phones. They allegedly close at 2am with the kitchen closing at 1:30am…..

Ordered a pizza. After over two hours, never received the pizza. However, the staff refunding my money which was a standup thing to do. And still brought me the pizza.

This place used to be good. Last delivery I got the order was wrong. The delivery I just got was over 45 minutes late. Drive told me he had just started work so the pizza place just sat on my pizza for 30 minutes. Warmish pizza, yay!

Food is delicious, but the professionalism from the workers needs work. I walked in and received no greeting. I was simply asked if I had a pickup or not. Then the manager starts bossing around all of her employees and talking extra loud and ghetto. She even used a little profanity and just has ZERO COUTH. Please teach your workers to talk quietly, move faster, and be professional. This is a restaurant, not a zoo.
