Terrible customer service by the delivery driver. He answers the phones and treats customers like crap and has no regards for people who just can't tip him once in a while. They charge delivery fees so that the drivers get paid. I have worked the pizza industry before and know how it goes. He is constantly Putting us on hold for twenty minutes before we just hang up and taking orders and all our info only to tell us they can't deliver to us because they have too many orders? I'm staying literally just over the freeway from them and should be the easiest delivery but I can't tip one time and get treated like crap?
Other than that, Pretty decent food but the driver that picks up and takes delivery orders wants to put me on hold and keep me on hold for twenty minutes when I tell him my room at the hotel and I know it's because I wasn't able to tip him when he brought my order once. I have spent good money with this place only to be treated like crap by the driver. If this is the service they are going to offer I'll take my money elsewhere. This kind of service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. The driver who answers the phone was a light skinned male probably in his late twenties early thirties. Totally disrespectful. He had answered the phone before and put me on hold only to tell me after taking my order and everything that they have too many orders to take my order? But took my order first? This type of customer service is exactly why I would say don't ever order delivery from this place at least as long as that man is the driver for them.

Iam a pizza snob. I eat all over the country. This pizza is just OK. Nothing special. Overcooked, crust had good flavor but too hard. Sauce was over seasoned and taste like it came from tomato paste can. Wings were meaty but sauce was horrible. Taste like butter and chile powder. No tangy spicy sauce hear. Its sucks when you pay good money but could make better food at home. Wont be back.
Been a few weeks since I ordered a pizza from OH but usually pretty good. Last night,7/26/25 was terrible. A very burnt large pizza. Still can’t believe they thought that was acceptable to serve someone.

They delivered the food that took an hour and 30 minutes. I opened it up and it looked like throwup in a box. thanks again OH no.
I placed an order for delivery through the app and it says “delivered” but the food hasn’t arrived yet and it’s almost 45 mins past the time the app said it was delivered. This is the 3rd time this has happened, when the food arrived it was cold and could tell it had been sitting out for a while.
I love this place. The food is amazing its always fast and accurate. It also helps there is a bar to sit and what for your food and they have great prices on alcohol.
We just relocated here so we are not to familiar with pizza spots that actually have good pizza and wings.!!! But oh my stars OH Pizza & Brew is delicious. I think we found our pizza spot!! Very well pleased thank
You. As you can see I had to stop
Mid eating and take a picture and do this review because it was just that yummy.

$30 and they dropped it. Wouldn't take it off the bill.
Listen, I decided to order from this location today because the East Broad Street location was closed. It's not the end of the world, but there are a few noticeable differences between the two locations that I feel need addressing.
First, this location imposes a $35.00 minimum for delivery, which isn't an issue at the East Broad Street location. When I placed my order, I requested 12 Spicy Garlic, 12 It Will Be Tears, and 12 Hot Buffalo wings—all prepared the same way: fried hard, extra wet, with ranch. Unfortunately, this location seems to have missed the mark on multiple fronts. They ran out of ranch, didn’t fry the wings hard, and didn’t provide the extra wetness I specifically requested.
What’s more disappointing is how the "It Will Be Tears" wings were handled. Unlike East Broad Street, this location doesn’t toss the wings in the sauce. That’s fine, but a courtesy call to inform me of this difference would have gone a long way. It seems this location is more focused on pushing orders out the door than connecting with their customers.
Now, about the sauce. The Hilliard location’s "It Will Be Tears" sauce is undeniably hot, and I understand why they avoid tossing wings in it. However, the sauce itself is inconsistent with the East Broad Street location. Hilliard’s version brings heat, but East Broad’s sauce not only has heat but also a depth of flavor that’s missing here. If the two could find a balance, it would make for a truly great sauce.
I’m giving this location a 1-star rating due to the lack of consistency, the failure to follow specific order instructions, and the missed opportunity to communicate about key differences in preparation.
