Listen, I decided to order from this location today because the East Broad Street location was closed. It's not the end of the world, but there are a few noticeable differences between the two locations that I feel need addressing.
First, this location imposes a $35.00 minimum for delivery, which isn't an issue at the East Broad Street location. When I placed my order, I requested 12 Spicy Garlic, 12 It Will Be Tears, and 12 Hot Buffalo wings—all prepared the same way: fried hard, extra wet, with ranch. Unfortunately, this location seems to have missed the mark on multiple fronts. They ran out of ranch, didn’t fry the wings hard, and didn’t provide the extra wetness I specifically requested.
What’s more disappointing is how the "It Will Be Tears" wings were handled. Unlike East Broad Street, this location doesn’t toss the wings in the sauce. That’s fine, but a courtesy call to inform me of this difference would have gone a long way. It seems this location is more focused on pushing orders out the door than connecting with their customers.
Now, about the sauce. The Hilliard location’s "It Will Be Tears" sauce is undeniably hot, and I understand why they avoid tossing wings in it. However, the sauce itself is inconsistent with the East Broad Street location. Hilliard’s version brings heat, but East Broad’s sauce not only has heat but also a depth of flavor that’s missing here. If the two could find a balance, it would make for a truly great sauce.
I’m giving this location a 1-star rating due to the lack of consistency, the failure to follow specific order instructions, and the missed opportunity to communicate about key differences in preparation.

First time ever trying this place was definitely at least a 4/5 stars. Got pickup. Traditional wings were cooked perfectly. I got a dry rub but will try a sauce next time. Deep fried brownies were good af!… got the spicy ezzo pizza. It was good tho…. Overall definitely a good experience I shall be back….update 2nd time was amazing also

The pizza wasn’t my favorite but I’m kind of picky anyways so that’s on me. But the WINGS! I ordered a 10pc all flats with awesome sauce. These are the best bone in chicken wings I have ever had in my life! And the sauce is so good it’s buttermilk ranch and mild buffalo and it’s perfect! Price wasn’t bad either honestly. Staff was super friendly and skilled! I wish I could have left them a bigger tip. I’m a trucker and I will be making it a point to come back here for the wings and the service!

This pizza was greasy as a mofo, but still super crispy. Decent pizza 7/10. The wings though? The wings? THE WINGS?
not sure what beanstalk they climbed to get these batch of golden geese but oh my lord are these wings fantastic. Not those shriveled up, soggy, skimpy things they serve everywhere else. I'm talking perfect crispy skin, beautifully cooked meat and a BBQ dry rub that could make a grown man cry. Shout out to the crew at mugsies for the recommendation.
I've have ordered 3 times I've had there philly sub, and there meatball sub . There funnel cake I didn't eat it when I should have. It was my fault I still ate it . But there fresh funnel cake is the way to go...

Got an old world pepperoni and wings. When I got there the guy told me this would be the best pizza I would ever have. Him or the other reviews did not disappoint at all! 11/10 will eat here again service was fantastic, even at 1:30am highly recommend. Oh the wings are spicy my wife and I loved them.
I don't give it 5 stars ? because of the spiciness of its marinara sauce. I don't understand why a simple cheese pizza that I ordered for my children is delivered so spicy. You should have at least asked me if I wanted it spicy. Not all of us like that spicy sensation, especially not a child. Believe me, if the sauce is not spicy it would be a 5 star pizza. A friend recommended the place to me and he was sad when I told him that he couldn't eat the pizza because it was so spicy, he thinks it was a mistake on the part of the chef because he says that normally the marinara there is not spicy but I got the pizza. with hot sauce and ruined my children's dinner.

Ordered a pizza and when I got it there was a hair on my pizza. I tried calling andthe manager was very rude and dismissive. Refused to give me a refund and insisted on remaking the pizza. No one in the kitchen had hair nets on, or was tied up. Long story short don't waste your time ordering from here unless you like hairy pizza and mean people.

Parked beside one of the workers car, big bag of marijuana sitting right there. I said something to her about it, she didn’t care. Ordered a pizza last Friday, burnt. Tasted like the oven. Called and was suppose to get credit for it. Called tonight to get my credit, no record. Never order from there again.
