We loved this place. Lots of food for the money. Two of us ate for under $30 including drinks and an appetizer. We had Kalua pork and teriyaki beef and both were excellent. We will definitely be back.

We were intrigued to taste Hawaiian food. The ambiance is cute. There is a tiki bar up front and walls decorated with tiny surfboards. You order at the counter, and everything is brought to you in to go containers. We started with lumpia it was okay. I got the BBQ mixed plate, and my husband got the chicken katsu. He loved his plate that came with a massive pile of fried chicken, two small scoops of white rice, and 1 small scoop of savory macaroni salad. The macaroni was served warm. My bbq mix came with 1 short rib, 2 chicken thighs, and 3 small pieces of beef teriyaki. I liked the teriyaki. The chicken was tough, and the short rib was sliced was very thin. It didn't really taste like much. Most had a heavy soy flavor with little other nuance of flavor. My husband loved it and got tofu fried rice togo. Overall it was ok. I would have liked more freshness. Most things were deep fried.

Fantastic island influenced quinine sure to please. The kahlua pork rocks! And the bbq combo is perfect when you're really hungry.

I don’t know if this is supposed to be Hawaiian, Indian, or Chinese! Food looked ok. But had no flavor and was very plain. Gave us a side of “BBQ sauce” which was really just soy sauce. When we got home tried to give out cat some of the left over “chicken” and she wouldn’t even eat it. And she is a trash panda that eats everything! Very disappointed with how this tasted

I had been a couple Hawaiian BBQ places here in Columbus and finally went to Ohana Island Grill. Their format is quite similar to other Hawaiian BBQ places. You would order your food at the front counter and you can seat yourself. They are the only place that offer Saimin, which is Hawaiian noodles soup. I was craving for the rice plate, so will have to try that next time. If it is your first time trying out Hawaiian BBQ, definitely recommend to get the combination plate. So that you can try different meat at once. I got the BBQ Mix Combo, which come with Teriyaki Beef, BBQ chicken and BBQ short ribs. Along with some rice and macaroni salad. Also, consider pair the meal with some Musubi. All the food is packed in a to go box. The meats are pile up and sit on top of some shredded cabbage. Both the rice and macaroni salad nicely presented in scoop shape. All the meat is well seasoned and with their slightly sweet BBQ sauce. The shredded cabbage also help to clean out the palate as well.

Everything about our meal here was fantastic! Great tropical cocktails, excellent crab rangoon and the BBQ plate was first rate! Excellent service and fun island decir only completed the experience. Couldn't recommend it more.

I'll start with the service was amazing. The hostesses and wait staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is pretty cool too. Really like the way the bar is open in the back of the restaurant. We went here because the Mrs only drinks umbrella cocktails. She wasn't a fan of the two drinks she tried, but she also wasn't reading the description. lol. She got one that was mostly ice cream. The food was better than average. Bottom line, you go here for the drinks, atmosphere and service.

The 3 stars are for service and friendliness as well as the easy, cool vibe/decor. The food was not very fresh tasting. The pulled pork didn't seem homemade & it was removed from bill(not at my request) but rather pork from food service fare. It's very easy to make pulled pork w a slow cooker. The grilled chicken just tasted like soy sauce...They need to step up n tweak the menu so the offerings are nice and fresh. With a concept restaurant it's especially imperative. It was not the cleanest place...would I go back? Maybe for a cocktail but please Ohana get it together. I like you!

They will definitely need to start thinking about buying/leasing a bigger space in the future! The specialty drinks will come faster as they get them down. They are well worth the wait! We ordered the seafood sampler and our friends ordered the loaded fries as appetizers very tasty! Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, fantastic food!

I cannot say the food was not good. it was delivered to the table fairly fast and the food was hot. I did not pay attention to the menu close enough. I ordered a burger with fries and it was $14. When it arrived I thought it was fairly small. When looking again, the menu did say quarter pound burger. So that was my bad for just assuming a $14 burger was a half pound. My wife got the grilled chicken with rice and potato salad. The food is good but be careful if you assume it will be a chicken breast, it isn't. It is dark meat, I assume a thigh. The menu does not specify. The place is quaint but small, only five tables. The rest is bar seating. Cannot say it was bad. The food was good and hot. The service was ok, although never got a refill on water. I would say you need to try to make your own judgement. I would go back, but not a place that will come to mind first.

What a cute place! It's going to be great in warm weather when they roll up the door! We went today for lunch. Started with musubi with spam. Very tasty! Lunch was katsu chicken , and a grilled chicken plate. Plates include rice and macaroni salad. Yumyum sauce and teriyaki sauces on the side. Our waitress was great, and we love the whole tiki hut atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

I grew up in Hawaii and this is the most authentic taste of home I've found in Ohio! Very generous portions for the price, well seasoned and flavorful, served authentic "plate lunch" style, with 2 scoops rice and one scoop mac salad. We've ordered takeout here multiple times since we discovered it, and it's been reliably delicious every time!
