Ohio State Pizza — Terrible Experience
Very disappointed with Ohio State Pizza. They treat their customers terribly. My order was completely wrong and poorly made — it was practically inedible. When I called to get it resolved, the manager had a horrible attitude and refused to help.
For the amount of money I spent, I expected at least decent customer service. Instead, I got disrespect and a ruined meal. I will never order from them again and strongly recommend others do the same.

I placed an order with Ohio State’s Pizza for two large Italian subs. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I received only one large sub and two small subs instead — completely different from what I ordered.
In addition, the large Italian sub was saturated in Italian dressing to the point that it was soggy and unpleasant to eat. One of the small Italian subs was covered with so much mayo it was inedible. As a result, I was unable to enjoy the meal that I paid for.
When I called the store to address this issue, the manager was very short with me and refused to replace the incorrect and poorly prepared order. I’d like to point out that I am a very loyal customer who orders from this company around three times a week.
To be treated this way was disappointing and unacceptable. Given the poor customer service and the refusal to correct their mistake, I will no longer be doing business with this establishment, and I recommend others consider taking their business elsewhere as well.

Has been a neighborhood favorite for years.
EDIT- They have priced themselves completely out of consideration anymore. This place used to be great. Under the new ownership its gone down hill. Changed the recipe, Raised the prices. Its just not the OS pizza we grew up with. Little Caesars is better and that's saying something. Changing to 3 stars simply because the subs are still good.
This was my first time ordering from State Rd Pizza and it definitely won’t be my last!!! Absolute best pizza in Parma! Perfect little pizza joint. 5 stars all around!
