Not a bad little stop. Food wasnt bad, they were decently busy and service was alright for how busy it was. The night we went they had a drink special, I assume they probably have one every weekday?

Came Saturday 1/25 and had the best smoked chicken wings I’ve ever had. Our server Victoria was really awesome and made everything really nice for us. I mostly came to leave this because she was so on her game and really nice too.

I got the hot chicken sandwich and it was pretty tasty but not very hot, I think they were relying on jalapeno peppers and they were so thin it doesn't add much heat, slaw was good . My friend got a three plate barbq and was disappointed. All the meats were dry and thin cut brisket seemed to have been reheated on the flat top. Ribs were also dryer than you would expect and not falling off the bone. Staff was friendly but the cooks need to step up to the plate on the barbq if they want repeat business.

Old Skool is just consistently good. It has a neighborhood bar feel that isn’t a dive. The food, beer selection and prices are good. This is a perfect place to watch a game and/or grab some food and drinks.

We went this evening and they were SUPER understaffed for a game night (which we weren't watching). No one spoke to us or took our drink order for 20 minutes, and after that service was super slow. Our server forgot drinks a LOT and ended up charging my husband for a drink that never arrived. It seemed as though servers were getting their own drinks while bartenders were considerably less busy. It took an hour to get food and portions were pretty small. We won't go back.
Great laid back atmosphere. Met friends after work for happy hour and had a ball. Staff were pleasant and attentive and 1/2 off wings and well drinks didn't disappoint. Great evening for less than $20!
