Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I’ve been coming to Olive Garden all my life. However I was surprised at the incredible service and delicious food I received tonight. I felt like a celebrity. Ren and the rest of staff was attentive, and friendly and comforting. I will never forget this random dinner on a Monday for As long as I live. 10 stars, no notes

I actually ordered ahead for pick-up. They came out right on time. That young girl who brought my order out was as nice as she could be!

Never in all my years coming to this Olive Garden have I felt not welcomed like tonight at 5pm to be precise. I arrive to the 3 hostess up front, they gave me a blank stare and without greeting me I asked them for a table. After they asked us if we need a kids menu for my little brother, my brother took some time to process which one he wanted to choose. The hostess seemed annoyed and they also laughed behind our backs as we went to our table. Just when we were about to get sat, we asked the hostess if we could sit somewhere else and she shook her head and said no because that’s all they had available, even though other people were sitting in that area. At this point we sat down where we were told to sit after she left us there without saying anything after she said no. Feeling so uncomfortable we got up and left frustrated telling the people at the front that they needed to be better at greeting people coming in. So then we took the 25 minute drive to go eat at the grove city location and had a much better experience.

I myself have been a hostess at a young age in a busy restaurant, it should be reminded to them that they are the first impression someone receives coming into a restaurant and that quick interaction can make or break a business. The level of customer service needs to be improved upon.

Had an excellent dinner with my wife, great food and good wine. Waitress was excellent, food was prepared well. Always enjoy the breadsticks and salad.

Worst experience ever. Waitress was incredibly rude felt like it had to do with my age enjoy going to Olive Garden with old friends but everything I said she rolled her eyes at. Honestly cried leaving. Olive Garden used to feel like my second home untill this waitress ruined it for me. I will be taking my business to Culver’s next time. The general manager Matt needs to get control of his wait staff. He is a great man tho love you Matt!

Great food everything fresh, waitress never let us run out of drink or salad or soup or breadsticks, and she was knowledgeable of the menu enough to help us with dietary restrictions. kind people.

Been out to eat a lot lately and it was nice we didn’t really have to ask for anything, her bare minimum being so high was a great change of pace.

Alena was absolutely wonderful and made our experience a perfect ten from start to finish. She was attentive, warm, and genuinely cared about making sure our family of six had a great visit. It is rare that I take the time to write a review, but she truly stood out and deserves recognition. Thank you, Alena, for taking such great care of us.

One note for management. Throughout the meal, the young manager repeatedly came to the table in a way that felt intrusive and gave the impression that he did not trust his staff to do their job. It became distracting and took away from the otherwise excellent service. Our entire group felt that Alena was doing an outstanding job on her own and did not need that kind of oversight.

Alena made the night great and we look forward to coming back. A little more trust in your team will go a long way in making the guest experience even better.
