I have been to restaurants all over Europe, Canada and US , the worst of all .Dietary restrictions: Terrible , the worst restaurant, no gluten free options , except for salad .

Pri es continue to rise. It is no longer remotely affordable to bring the family. Especially when pop amd tea are almost $4. Pop is the cheapest thing a restaurant has and the profit margin is unbelievable. I'm sick and tired of getting gouged in the name of the Biden's administration fake inflation‼️ We will definitely not be back

As good of olive garden experience as you can get. The hostess was positive, upbeat and friendly. Our server was fun and attentive. We never lacked for salad, drinks or breadsticks. Right on with providing to go boxes and nice suggestions for dessert. Very enjoyable.

Olive Garden has definitely reduced the quality for bulk food. The entire experience gave frozen food, quickly microwaved and tossed on plate. People making true decisionson where to spend, this is not it. I haven't been in a number of years, but I don't recall shrimp scampi having cut asparagus in it.Kid-friendliness: Games at table

Love both locations we go too both Pickerington and New Albany. Chad's service is wonderful at Pickerington and Andre is unreal how awesome his service is at New Albany. It's like we were his only table and he had ESP or something. Both are phenomenal!

Hosted a surprise birthday party for my friend because he loves this joint. Food is less than mediocre. The salad and breadsticks are delish though. You have to order strategically for entrees. I ordered 2 appetizers in lieu of an entree. The calamari was good but overcooked. I discovered after the fact that you can order it al dente.Parking: Plenty of parking in their lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to navigate for wheelchair users. Good handicapped parking and no thresholds in the door ways or steps to content with.

Loved my experience here. The waitress was awesome, the restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh. My only complaint is that the bread sticks were a little stale. I live by the Olive Garden in the Polaris area, and let's just say, I'll be driving to Gahanna from now on.

This is a very good place to dine in alone or with loved ones. The food is very good.
Visited last night around 8pm, was seated right away as there wasn't much of a crowd. Ordered drinks, appetizer, and dessert to finish off our evening. Food was all wonderful, staff was ok, however.I realize that Olive Garden is one of many restaurants beginning to utilize electronic tablets at the table to show menu items, order, and pay. The issue is that the server would come by and ask what we would like, she would tap it into the tablet with a bit of attitude like she was trying to show us that we could do this ourselves. She did this when we ordered drinks, she did it when we ordered our appetizer, and did it with desserts.If Olive Garden would like us to use the tablet only, I can comply...but then do not send a server over to the table to "take our order". I will gladly use the machine from now on and not leave a tip, since there is no reason to tip a machine. You can't have it both ways, Olive Garden, if you're going to send a server to the table, I would expect that they explain how the tablets work and offer the customer a choice between using the standard server experience, or the new automated attendant. If I ask a server to take my order, I would expect that she write it down and enter it into one of the computers near the kitchen, rather than shame me for not using the tablet by typing it in loudly into the tablet.
