My wife and I will visit this Olive Garden because the service is normally better than most others in the Columbus area, except this time. We had Jack for our server and he treated us like we didn’t deserve to be dining at that restaurant. He brought us our salad and calamari and this is when we noticed that we had dirty silverware and napkins. I brought it to his attention and he said, Sorry about that and then turned around and waited on another table, leaving me unable to eat anything for five minutes while I waited for him to wait on other people before he brought us a replacement. We then needed to ask for refills on our drinks and he only brought my wife’s drink, When I asked him if I could get another he looked at me as if I had just asked for his money. I asked again about my drink pointing to my empty glass and asked, What about it. He acted like he wanted me to beg for another drink. Jack would remove empty plates and drinks from other people’s tables but wouldn’t remove anything from our table. Jack would also ask people how their meal was and if they needed anything else. Jack didn’t ask us once how our meal was or if we needed anything else, not until I went to the manager and let her know about his treatment of us. The manager said she would talk to him about it, and I believe she did but the damage had already been done.

My husband and I took a friend with us for dinner. It was exceptionally clean. Our food was pretty much perfect. So was our service. We had a late dinner so it wasn't too crowded and they went out of their way to accommodate us for our disabled dinner quest. It was very enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Our server even chuckled at my husband's corny jokes. He was a peach. We will Def return to that location.

After haven’t having Olive Garden for years we decided to order because we were craving their salads and pastas. When we got the order everything seemed fine but opening up the Angel hair pasta there was non existent sauce. Additionally, our order of five cheese ziti has a literal STICK in it. This is a small, extremely hard wooden stick with bark and everything, not cinnamon like Olive Garden suggested.

Food was good and hot
The service was horrible- had a party of 8 and had 2 waiters starting and by the time it came to the bill .. the couples grouped together was all wrong twice.
Spoke with manager and she wasn't any better
